Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Woodinville

Do not eat here!!!! Ordered 2 Jr jumbo jacks. My girlfriend had ordered one burger without pickles and one with extra onion. We got our food and checked the burgers which by the way were not even warm. They had left pickles off both burgers and didn't put any extra onion. We went inside to explain that the order was wrong. The lady behind the counter went back and got the cook, the woman who said she made our burgers told us she remembered putting pickles and extra onions on the burger. And told us they couldn't give a refund. Like why would we take the pickles off and go in to complain. We simply asked them what we can do then if they wouldn't give a refund. The woman told us they can make something else and that she "didn't know" what else they could do. We agreed to have them fix our food since that was the only option. Walking out to our car 3 police officers pull up because jack in the box had called them on us. We weren't loud, we weren't aggresive or anything. I have never heard of a restaurant calling the police on customers after they had messed up the order. Never eat here....

It's fast food, what more is it to say. Drove through for my son. I would not eat here for several reasons: Its hard to understand them at the drive-thru because they speak very low and English is their second language (this is not the problem...ok). They need to speak up louder. They repeat the order too many times (5 to 6x's) maybe for clarification. Twice is sufficient please. Have been to this location on several occasions and waited in long lines only to be told the machine is broken or we're out. Then put a DAM SIGN at the start of the drive-thru!!!! This has occcured three times now. Really???? The one time I ordered food here it was totally incorrect by the time I reached my home. Yes, I should of looked but I'm counting on them to do they're job for my food order, so I do not have to double check your job! Stay away. Go to your local market their deli sections have better meals, good food and better prices. E.g.: Haggen's...

We've been coming here once or twice a week for the past 2 years.

We will never go back after today.

We ordered the same thing we always do: 2 Large #7 combos with Cokes.

First, our drinks were wrong even though they rang it up correctly. We got Dr Pepper and had to go all the way back. Foolishly, we didn't take bites of our food before we left.

We paid for larges. We were given medium fries.

We got some weird barbecue burgers absolutely DRENCHED in mayonnaise even though we ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers. But by the time we realized it, we were already home AGAIN and weren't interested in going back for a THIRD TIME.

I don't understand how they can ring up the food correctly and somehow get EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. wrong. Completely wrong.

Going to Wendy's from now on. If you ever think about coming here, just light $30 on fire instead. This was unbelievably frustrating and...
