Waiting to drop off donations and was told to go in a circle and get back in the line because the lot was full. After I moved, they let the person behind me in. I came around and the employee threatened to call the cops because I was next in line and wanted to wait. She was very rude. Went around the city 3 more times before I was lucky enough to get a spot. They have no system for getting you in. You basically play a game of chance if you can get into the lot. It took about 30 minutes to get into the lot and then about 30 minutes waiting to drop off my donation because they were only serving one car at a time and the other drivers didn't know how to drive up and make room for more cars on the lot.
They really need a system in place like take people's phone numbers and use that as a queuing system. Call the driver's phone number when there is a spot in the lot to pull up. Do not let anyone in that hasn't provided a phone number...

The staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and seemed untrained in handling donations. When I arrived, I was informed that they only accept new furniture, yet no one even took the time to look at the items I had brought along.
It felt as though my donation was disregarded without any consideration. Goodwill has a reputation for helping those in need, and I expected a more respectful interaction. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a donor. I hope they can improve their customer service and training for future interactions. I won't be returning...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Severe lack of a plan for how to handle COVID-19. I wouldn’t suggest this location. Driveway only holds about 10-18 vehicles, and there is only one way in. You cannot block the Main Street so it’s literally roulette about who gets in and who doesn’t. Drove around for 45 minutes trying to get in. Last time I got waived off, they let in a car right after me that had just pulled up. Extremely infuriating! Don’t get me started on how rude the staff is, and how much they clearly do not care about the situation. Masks pulled down, hands on hips, shrugging shoulders. Plain and...
