I see there are little to none low reviews but mine will be based solely om customer service. I just walked out after spending 20 minutes looking at their beautiful furnishings. Not once were we greeted even though we walked in front of what looked like their customer service counter with 3 employees talking. Even after they made eye contact with us. No help or how are you. Only when 2 other customers came through did they greet THEM. I came in with the expectation (especially with their price tag) of being greeted and consulted on the type of furniture I needed for my new home. Very disappointed. This is my experience based again on customer service. If you're looking for quality furnishings then this place has it in spades with the price tag to attest. But I won't be returning. Would rather spend my money at another establishment that has employees trained in courtesy and customer care. Was just wanting to support our local businesses. In this instance...
Read moreBad experience all around. A poorly up-kept outside should have been my first warning. Mediocre place, the outside doesn't look very taken care of; insane prices and the employees are not helpful. The store preys on people that don't know any better and prices are easily 2-3x higher than what you could buy anywhere else.
The worst is the owner, 'Tanner', it's been a while since I met someone as unfriendly and arrogant as him. He routinely takes phone calls right in the middle of talking to you or other people.
I needed to talk to him, he looked right at me, and continued bragging about his rags to riches story to a person next to him for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn, he got a call, and instead of his employee taking it, took the call and proceeded to start trying to up-sell something to the person on the phone. I just left, I'd had...
Read moreWhat an incredible store! I, honestly, need to stay away from it because there are so many magnificent pictures & paintings of wildlife, mountain furniture items, and other seasonal items I want to buy that I could go broke! The owner (Tanner) and staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on two canvas pieces, three pictures, a sign, and an aspen tree that I love during the Moose is Loose event (Feb 12 - 27, annually), where I saved 25% on everything. If you're looking to decorate your home in a mountain style, I can't imagine a better place to visit. Five Stars for the...
