I ordered at drive thru total $4.27 and told to drive up to window so I gave the girl $10.27, I wanted to get rid of coins , she gives me back $5 and bunch of change!! Like what ? I said to her you suppose to give me back $6 and gave her back the money so she closes the window not a word to me , 30 second later what I assume shift manager shows up at window and asking me how I gave the girl and told she replies well I need to count the drawer to find out if there is $6 over and proceeded to tell me to pull to parking lot and when she is done counting she'll come out and let me know , I waited 20 minutes while my food getting cold !! She doesn't come out so I go in and asked so what's the deal I've been waiting outside , so she tells me the drawer was 40cents over, so like okay well I'm wasn't here all day to keep an eye on your drawer , mind you no apology not one kind word from anyone in that place , as if am the enemy i cause them to feel stupid , after another 10 minutes of back and forth she finaly gives me my $6 , I was happy and I'm thinking why am I so happy it's my money , managment is the key here !! Bad management that is all , they can't deal with costumers they are not happy , but it's not my fault , whatever the reason is don't pay enough or not happy where your life is heading not my fault , I just wanted to pay for food I ordered not...
Read moreFirstly, I pulled up to the drive thru with an offer code of a $8.99 whopper meal. The code wouldn’t work. The woman, who barely spoke English, said old me to pull up to the first window. Got to the first window, she tells me over and over the code I gave is for a reward. I said nope, it’s an offer code. No it’s a reward she says. Nope it’s an offer code for a $8.99 whopper meal. After 2 managers later and me getting aggravated that they can’t speak any English and are not understanding how their own company app works, tap something on the screen and the code magically works! Shocker. Next I get the food. What a waste of almost $10 meal. The whopper, no cheese or flavor. Completely dry and gross. The toppings barely existed. Had a shot of lettuce, barely. Fries were not seasoned and under cooked. Only thing that was ok was the soda and even THAT they manger to screw up. HUGE ONE PIECE OF ICE in the cup that I couldn’t even get the straw in and had to take the cover off and take the ice out. I’ve been to a couple burger kings in my life and this was by far the WORST location. Do yourself a favor management, and teach your staff how the company app works and basic English words...

I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked for the lunch to be made according to my order. I received an email asking for more details to "investigate" what happened. I reported the error that had occurred and sent the information, the photo of the snack that I did not eat, the order note that showed that the order was made correctly, but the snack was not delivered as ordered. Then I received a new email giving me a discount voucher in an amount much lower than what was paid in the order. I didn't ask for my money back or a discount for the next purchase. I just wanted my snack to be made correctly according to the order and payment made. But I only received one ahhh what a shame, we were wrong, but you will get a symbolic discount for the next purchase.
