Worst furniture store I have purchase furniture from. Actually worst customer service I have encounter in my life. They brought me a sectional with an arm that doesn’t match. They don’t answer the phone when I called them and when I try calling with another phone they answer rite away. Spoke to the manager and told me they were going to replace the part on Thursday and when it was Thursday they never came to fix the issue. Called them to ask if they were coming and they gave me a shitty excuse. Now they said they were going to call me next week to tell me when they were coming. Rosa furnuture es lo peor en servicios al cliente yo compre un set the habitacion en agosto del an̈onpasado y cuando me trajeron el delivery la cama llego rota no queria recivir el set y me dijeron que tenia q llamar a la compania para hacer el reporte le tome foto y hize el reporte llame y hize varios textos fui a la tienda quedaron de que lo ivan a cambiar y no lo hicieron estube lidiando hasta diciembre para recivir mi cambio del juego de habitacion que vino roto desde la compania nunca lo hicieron el cambio me quede con el juego se habitacion roto y jamas recivi ni una llamada para resolver la situacion son irreaponsable y unos payasos no los recomiendo para nada son de lo peor.
