Delivery driver dropped our food and still delivered it to us . We were not aware our food was dropped until 2 hours later when we went to the car and saw half of our food in the street. I called and let them know and was told to text the pictures I had taken so I did. Will was well aware of the situation and this is how he responded (pic attached ) At the store the manager or owner was very rude and kept asking why we would pay for the food if it was dropped.Obviously we were not aware the food was dropped or else we wouldn’t have eaten it , let alone pay for it. I get accidents happen but the driver was very much aware of what he did & lacks integrity. he could have done many things like go back to the store & bring a new order but instead he chose to be dishonest , deliver the food & not own up to his mistake , leading to us being interrogated and treated poorly. We’ve eaten here for 5 years & never experienced a problem until the new owners took over. We will never come back because of how they handled the situation. I used to be a regular at Parrot Pizza a couple years back but have since noticed a drastic decline in quality. They’re extremely close to where we live and the people who work there really do seem like nice and personable blue collar people. Delivery and pick up for the most part is fast but that’s also become part of the problem. The pizza we ordered last week was so undercooked it was almost inedible. It was bland and had almost no sauce. I Ordered a cheesesteak sub and chicken wings tonight and it was probably the most depressing meal I’ve eaten in recent memory. A soggy sub with bland meat and “chicken wings” that we’re the size of frogs legs with mostly breading to boot. Disclaimer : THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN WINGS. I was at the RMV at 50 SW Cutoff, and I realized Parrot Pizza was located in the same plaza. We have ordered delivery from this Parrot Pizza on several occasions in the past but had never been there in person. I decided it was a great opportunity to see the place and get a sandwich to go. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap on Spinach with a side of Jalapeño Poppers. I added tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce to my wrap. The order was prepared as I requested it. I typically prefer a little more kick of heat in my buffalo chicken. I may have missed the opportunity to ask for more spice when I placed my order.
