I had a remote starter installed by John and I’m very pleased that he went over the 3 options. Good Better Best. I picked Better. I’m 110% happy that I picked this shop. Very smooth installation from start to finish. Not one thing was out of place knowing that I had an aftermarket device installed. I’ll be doing a stereo upgrade soon. Quality is most important to me, and after sale service once I drive away. Update: 2/4/2025 I had my factory radio replaced with the Sony XAV-AX4000 along with a backup camera. A suggestion from JDK for the radio he advised and I have to know that what to expect and I'm completely happy. No need to spend more $ to go higher end having a 2010 Prius. Radio does not have a CD player FYI. Pros: Much better sound and EQ controls over factory unit. Quick touchscreen and won't take long to get acclimated with the all the embedded menus. Cons: The down - (minus) volume on steering wheel needs more of a delay to go to Mute. I found myself going to Mute more times unnecessarily while lowering the volume. I don't know if that setting can be adjusted but will research it. The backup camera is too wide angle than I expected. It's fine, it's OK but view is like a fisheye lens between 100 and 180 degrees

So I called a couple weeks back and a man named John answered the phone. I asked if he could put some new speakers and an amp in my car he said it wouldn't be a problem he was very nice. We scheduled a date on the following week and I told him i needed the car back that day because i work near Framingham everyday. That man stayed after hours and got my car finished PROFESSIONALLY and i got my car back THAT DAY. I TAKE LOOK AT MY CAR THE WHOLE SETUP LOOKS LIKE IT CAME STOCK WITH THE CAR! nothing looked like a rush job everything was done RIGHT. His pricing was fair and if your going to get your sound system done i would Recommend him great service and is very aware of the covid outbreak and is super safe. Needless to say i wanna thank john for his hard work on my car i couldnt have done it...

Installed a remote starter into my vehicle and could not be any more happier with the service provided. The owner, John, was very professional, patient, neat, responsible, and well priced. Before purchasing the remote starter, I met with him in his showroom and he took the time to present all the possible options available with an honest approach, including pros and cons. He did not at all force any product. He did an excellent job describing in detail the job he would complete and then took the time to explain to me ALL the features that comes with my newly installed 2-way remote starter after the installation was complete.
