I visited Denielle to have a Lash Lift & Tint, and my eyebrows tinted. Due to online issues, I wasn't able to schedule a wax but figured the system had booked enough time for me to add while there. Lashes Lift is a service she recommended and said it would look great as I have natural long lashes. Well, as you can see in my picture, there's no real lift to my lashes after less than 30 minutes of leaving her shop. She was aware the service didn't turn out as promised as she requested I give her another try in 5 weeks. I was okay with that until the experience went from bad to worse. I asked her to wax my brows, and she said it would take 30 minutes for the wax to get hot and she had to leave after my appt. Then she offered to pluck or shave them. I told her I have sensitive skin and don't shave my eyebrows. She then suggested waxing upstairs in the hair salon. She did the waxing and waxed one area multiple times b/c the wax wasn't warm enough. She then decided to shave that same brow after I had already told her I don't shave my brows and cut my brow with the razor and proceeded to put some chemical which then caused my skin to burn. I took pics when getting home and told her how unhappy I was as I didn't get what she promised, my skin was cut, and I had also tipped her and paid for both services which I did not believe was fair as after getting home and seeing what she did, I did not want to return.
