I would rate this 0 if I could. For starters I cannot eat gluten. I ordered a gluten free pizza the other day. I got the pizza and ate 2 slices and had a funny feeling it wasn't gluten free. I have been gluten free long enough to know the differance in taste and texture. Normally I can't tell the differance in taste with Jets because it does taste similar which is why it took me a little longer to realize it wasn't gluten free. Something felt off so I started inspecting the crust and sure enough it was NOT gluten free. The texture felt like normal bread/crust. The crust was way too soft to be gluten free. I did not mention anything 2 days ago because I didn't want to accuse anyone if it really was gluten free so I waited for the reactions which I knew I was going to get which proves its not gluten free. And I know there's a chance of cross contamination but this was not cross contamination. This was lack of workers not doing their job properly and reading an order. I was delivered a full regular pizza and not the gluten free that I ordered. I did get a full refund from grubhub but I called the store to inform them. I'm not expecting anything out of this because I can't trust this location anymore. The lady at the store kept interrupting me and cutting me off as I was trying to tell her what happened. They need to know how bad they screwed up but instead I got annoyed with how I was constantly interrupted. That night after eating it I felt sick and my face started breaking out. The next night it intensified even more. This isn't just a mild reaction. This reaction typically lasts 2 weeks minimum. So I have to suffer for multiple weeks because the workers here can't do their job and can't seem to see the flaw in their actions. I am posting a photo here so you all can see the damage this has caused me. My face is blistery, itchy, and painful. I will never eat here again!!!

second time trying jets, this time I placed with bacon, extra sauce, and the turbo crust, I added Parmesan when I got home. Definitely better than the first time, I think id actually be disappointed if I got regular sauce, like the extra felt like it should’ve been the regular. It has a great smell to it that’s for sure and the taste is great, and seems like a good butter garlic crust, my only dislike is that the turbo crust definitely leaves quite a greasy feel in your mouth. Nothing special with the bacon not much different than the small chunks you’d get from papa John’s/dominoes. The atmosphere inside the restaurant felt a bit tense, there’s no music playing and the walk up to the counter almost feels like a walk of shame when you placed an online order and people are just sitting on the window ledge waiting for their walk in. Cook times seem to take atleast 13ish minutes minimally so I don’t recommend walk in order.

I recently went to Jet’s Pizza in Oak Lawn. Their posted hours online stated they were open until 10:00 PM. I walked in at 9:45 PM and was greeted by a young lady who asked if I had a pickup order. I said no, I wanted to place an order, and she replied that they were closed. If you’re going to post your hours as open until 10:00 PM, customers should be able to place an order until that time. It seems the employees decided to shut down early, which left me wasting my time and walking away without being served. Very disappointing and not a good impression for future business.

My family stopped to pick up squares/slices and bacon bread. We ordered in-store and waited for the pepperoni slices to bake. Everything was good considering it is a pizza chain. That being said… it’s chain pizza. The food was hot and good, but it wasn’t impressive. The bacon bread was better than I expected.

I’m not sure I would go there again, only because there are other pizza options in town. It’s a saturated market.

There were several people waiting (more than 8), and the place is small with a bench for three people to sit. The location just opened, so no doubt they are working on fulfilling orders quickly. Customers including myself would be better off...
