I had a great experience in your Vince, Wrentham, MA, outlet tonight. I have always loved Vince clothes but don’t own a lot of them and am still getting to know the brand. When I walked into the store, your associate Bobby was very friendly and approachable. I told him I was looking for some t-shirts and he proceeded to walk me through the whole store and help me find not only the best shirts but also great deals! I ended up buying way more than I would have but it was worth it because I felt like Bobby explained the products and where they fit into my lifestyle. He wasn’t too salesy or pushy, just very friendly and understanding of my needs as a buyer. I just wanted to say that after that great experience I am a Vince Customer for life. I can’t wait to come back to the store again and Bobby also encouraged me to call in the future and they can ship me items if I can’t travel in since I’m from out of town.
