It's okay... There are a lot of women's plus size and men's big & tall clothing options. The prices are decent, too. As other comments have said, the store is highly disorganized. I'm not a very organized person, but even I'd like to just work there for a day and clean everything up. Clothes are everywhere, shoes are strewn about, and it seems like the employees just shove clothes on the racks with no thought. It should be mentioned too, that it seems like this store is geared toward the African American population as far as styles. I almost bought three "career" tops, but I put them back because I was so frustrated at...

I thought the one in Kalamazoo bad .. I waited almost 20 Min for a dressing room, even though all 3 of them was empty. The older balck whatever guy came to help me (but made me wait 10 more min while he cleaned the one he opened when the other two was available). And on top of that had a nasty attitude towards me. Even though he chose to take the 9$ a hour jod or whatever they pay job . On top of that it was nasty the floors look like a 1 year old had a party. " Take that back" I was just nasty. With that being said the service sisuck. Thanks...

Didn't really care for the associates that work there, they were rather rude, not sure if it was my skin color or what, asked to speak to a manager, and I was told.. and I quote" she on break, and she don't want to be bothered".. I will never ever go again..I guess I wasn't urban enough...my money spends the same. So I took my business...
