B2 Outlet Stores — Local services in Wyoming

I was genuinely excited when I first found this store — I went almost every day for a week and even recommended it to friends. But that all changed when I tried to make an exchange. I had just purchased the item moments earlier and was still standing right in front of the cashier when I realized I needed to swap it. Instead of helping, this employee spoke to me in a rude, lecturing tone, saying, “You should know what you’re buying for sure.”

To make things worse, he tried to resell me a pair of items that clearly came as a set, as if they were separate products. The area I was shopping in was full of low-cost, random items — it made no sense for him to make a big deal out of the exchange.

The whole experience was disappointing and felt unnecessarily disrespectful — possibly even discriminatory. I will never shop here again, and I’ve stopped recommending...

One of my favorite stores! Of the 3 locations I shop, Alpine, Wyoming and Big Rapids.. Big Rapids is my favorite. It seems they have a variety of items while the other two seem to have more clothing. Big Rapids has better selection of shoes, coats, food, appliances, garden and household items. Every employee I have interacted with have all been extremely kind, helpful and seem to enjoy being there. I love the fact I can get a deal on name brand items and am supporting a charity locally. I enjoy the music the play in...

Well it's all brand new products there's a little bit of everything there some food ,detergent & blankets . They also carry clothes they have men's Women's and Children's; pants shirts shoes and even a selection of winter coats! Everything is marked at discounted prices and the longer that it sits there the more reductions that you get(25%, 50% &75% OFF!) The staff is always courteous...
