Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Wyoming

Really sad to give the store one star because it is one of the cleanest Rosses I’ve ever been in.

When I visited the store today, I was on my way back to the baby section and one of the employees came up and said “ok, I’m clocked out, I’m gonna go on my break” to a manager. The manager then loudly goes “stop. you already screwed up, what did you do wrong? Let’s figure it out” And then proceeded to reprimand this associate in the middle of the store, knowing that myself, and a few other people were around and within earshot.

It doesn’t matter if she made a mistake, that is not how you handle that situation at all. I’ve been a manager myself and the way that that worker was spoken to was disgusting and disrespectful. I will...
