My wife and I have been shopping here for quite awhile. There is one employee that has always been rude and hateful towards us. No idea why as we always try to be pleasant and polite everywhere we go. Normally there's a few other lady's that are super nice and helpful. The employee that dislikes us for what ever her reason is, made us former customers today. I had joked a couple times that her Co-workers were over working her not being on the floor. She got an attitude, made the assumption we were trying to find out if a specific employee was there, (we weren't) and became extremely hostile. Then when she relised she had screwed up and gone too far she became overly nice. To little to late, she cost the store two customers that spent on average no less than $200 every time we were there. Now I'm not saying you shouldn't shop here. You should. As I mentioned the other lady's are super nice and helpful. If however you walk in and see a tall thin woman with short hair and no other employee's around, turn around and leave. Come back later and see if one of the other employee's are around. Read moreI went in Thursday Jan 5 and spent over $100. We live over an hour away but I knew this store had a large selection because I use to shop here often before I moved away last year. I had picked up my adult daughter and her friend as they had never been. We made a long day of our trip. I made the trip back on Monday the 9th as one of the lingerie items did not fit. Tags were still on it. I was rudely told that all sales were final if I did not have a sticker on it for exchange and I should have tried it on before I bought it. I replied where would I try it on and how would I have known that was even a possibility. Bigger girls are very self conscious. I also asked how would I have known to get this so called sticker and why wasn’t I told all sales were final. Only then was I offered a 50% store credit if I returned it. Ummm no thanks. I do not want to spend any more in a store that has unknown policies. I will try to resell it online. Competitive stores will exchange items when they don’t fit for another size as long as it hasn’t been worn or used and tags on...
Read moreEvery time I go in here, i normally don't get greeted, and to get actual help from anybody is like pulling teeth. But this time was the worst....the ladies literally stood there and just stared me down while not saying anything as I'm walking into the completely empty store , and then they kept standing at a product shelf that's slightly behind the sales counter, at which point I started second guessing myself thinking maybe they were a customer and I had accidentally mislabeled them...nope...It was very very awkward. And this happens every time I go, no matter who's working. The whole atmosphere here feels so judgmental, which is the last thing a store like this should be feeling like. I don't know what the deal is, but I haven't ever been treated like that...
