Tim Gregory is a wonderful real estate agent. He already had videos of the inside and outside of the property we were interested in. He quickly contacted the seller and got our family touring the house on the second day it was listed. He knew the market and offered great advice on giving an offer. He has an awesome team. He provided a list of qualified home inspectors. The inspector we used made us feel extremely comfortable and informed on all aspects of our new home. We also used one of the septic tank and leech field pump and inspection companies he referred. They were able to send cameras throughout the whole system. Super professional and really nice people. He was out of town for a week and was on top of everything as if he hadn’t even left. His Mom Wendy Snidow helped show us the property and got the water turned on. Absolute joy. Fantastic experience.
