Bayside Cellars — Restaurant in Yachats

I had read about Bayside Cellars relocating to Yachats, and I was looking forward to visiting. My husband and I stopped in on a recent Wednesday afternoon and were greeted by the very personable owner, Shauna. She made sure we had an amazing experience. We tasted the red flight and shared a cheese and fruit board. All the wines (5) in the flight were superb and just got better as we moved down the list. Shauna was very knowledgeable about each wine, as she carefully curates each bottle. It is hard to believe, but she sells all the wines in her shop for $40 and under, and she gave us the most generous pours I've ever experienced in a wine tasting. Great place. The beer selection is amazing. A short walk to the docks where we threw out our crab traps to soak. We’d check the traps and come back to enjoy a warm place to hangout, try different beer and wine, cheese, and amazing Artichoke Dip. It’s the kind of place we always hope to find. Friendly. Comfy.
