The buying experience and sale staff was a perfect 5/5. Very friendly, welcoming, know pressure. We received great advice in terms of fabric, colors, planning and arrangement for our couch.

The delivery experience was awful 0/5. An employee called us and said "can you guys come and pick this up?" I explained we couldn't because we do not have a truck big enough or an SUV. He then told me the couch wouldn't be able to be delivered in three weeks. He then asked if "Do you have a neighbor or know anyone with a truck?" Delivery was included in our purchase. Which means we paid for it. And they wanted us to pick it up. After telling him that no, we don't have a neighbor or anyone we know with a truck, because we just moved into a house, suddenly the ETA for couch delivery was less than a week.

When the delivery guy came, he complained. "We usually only assemble these in the garage." He continued to complain, "Yep, it's only me today." He continued to make passive comments, saying that they are only assembling these the garage nowadays. We were promised they would assemble it inside the house. Neither of the staff wore booties so my wife had to sweep afterwards. When they were finished, they walked out the door. My wife luckily noticed we were missing pillow. It was found outside on the ground. What terrible...

My husband and I ordered some furniture from this store several months ago. We purchased it online without having seen it in person. It arrived a few weeks ago. It feels and sounds broken and like it has no cushioning. We were told there were no returns when we purchased which is fine and understandable. However when we contacted the store to tell them the furniture is broken, we were told the staff could do nothing and we would need to speak to the owner. My husband and I have called multiple times and left voicemails with NO return calls. I was will to buy more expensive furniture from thier store to replace what we had bought but didn't have the chance. I'm disappointed in the customer service and products associated with this store. We will not purchase from here again or recommend this store to anyone else. In fact, save yourself some trouble and go to American Home Furniture in Lacey. The gentleman there was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and assured me that if anything was wrong with our custom order he would do everything in his power to...

We have bought a lot of furniture from this company. Not because they are the only one in town, it is because they have the best respect for the customer and excellent service. The staff is very friendly, informative and there is no pressure to buy.

Their home delivery is superb. The carefully carried all the master bedroom furniture upstairs despite a tricky corner to negotiate. They also waited patiently while the wife decided where to put it. Kudos to those delivery men. They have great customer service skills.

We have recently went with a credit program they have so we could afford new furniture for the house. The terms were very reasonable as are the rates. That is another reason for choosing this company. They ensure if you really want it there is a means to a end that is favorable to the customer.
