Kohl's — Local services in Yorba Linda

Large retail shopping store comparable to Target. They're in a forgotten plaza behind Costco and Kaiser Permanente in Savi Ranch. They sell shoes, clothing, jewelry, toys, kitchenware, bedding, household decor, and more. They're also adding a small Sephora inside.

We come here on occasion to look at kitchenware, clothes, and shoes. They have a good selection of items and pricing in some departments are usually fair (I feel like some are overpriced). I have a love-hate relationship with their digital price signs though as I can generally never figure out what an item actually costs as things are almost always on sale.

We come here often for Amazon returns. However, the wait-time for processing returns has been horrible the past 8 months. There is usually only 1 poor associate working and the line is usually over 10 people long.

Not sure if this is a Kohl's or Amazon issue, but we'll avoid coming here for...

I purchased a Cora towel at Kohl’s yorba Linda, because they had no more in Santa Maria where I live 200 miles away when I was down there visiting. I just got home and the towel has been washed, and there are no tags on it except for a tag that store has made to replace original. I spoke to Elizabeth. She said she was a supervisor in the home department. And she told me to take it back to the Kohl’s in Santa Maria, but I’m still short one towel.🤷‍♀️ The first picture is my other towels that I bought in Santa Maria. The other two pictures are the ones I bought at Yorba Linda. I called the store to say you should remove the other two that were there when I was there, but she said they were gone none in stock now.🤷‍♀️, we’re gone...

This is not our regular area Kohl's, but we were around the area and had time to spare so we decided to check it out.

It is definitely big. Not sure if it just looked like that to me because it was just one floor and I am used to the one where I live that is two floors but seems way smaller!! And this one has two entrances.

This kohl's was very clean, and very organized. As we were browsing through the store two of there staff actually welcomed us and offered their assistance if we needed it. That was very nice of them!

We didn't buy anything, we were just checking it out. Will definitely check it out again. It seemed like they had a much better variety on clothing, shoes, and bedding than the kohl's...
