MAJIK Rent-To-Own — Local services in York Township

I have been renting with the York Majik Team for a couple years now and they have always been great. Even though it took some adjustment when new management came. Lmfao! Mike you’re great! Herman and Donae are freaking awesome and have been dealing with me and my shenanigans from the start. Recently things got tough and payments were falling behind but they never tried to demand money, take my furniture, or treat me like an unappreciated customer. Instead they helped me work out payments and slowly catch up so not to fall further behind. They definitely made me feel valued and appreciated. DONAE worked miracles and majik she is the definition of a leader. She always followed up and kept me up to date and on time. Her understanding and empathy was present from beginning to end. I received my couch yesterday (9-25-24) and I must say the moves were wonderful (Iran and Ryan). The fact that I live on the third floor and they brought my couch up with no problems no complaining put it together. It was raining. They cleaned up behind themselves , made sure my couch worked and was nice and clean before they left. I have to give them five stars.

As far as answering the phone very lackluster so let’s see when it’s time for my payment if they pick up the phone or I might just let them call me because I know they will call when it’s due for that payment.

I had two men come today and bc of the type of person I am I forget their names 😭 but they literally made the experience AMAZING! They were on time and friendly and explained everything in detail . I love majik and their employees … I did a swap today and they are always so great at communicating with me (bc of work schedules a lot of our business with them is done through text message ) and they accommodate us in every way possible … I will forever choose this company when I’m needing something !
