I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentineâs Day. With it being a busy day for florists, the roses were inadvertently delivered to the wrong house in our development. Unfortunately, by the time our neighbors noticed and brought them back, some had started to wilt as they were left in between a glass storm door and the entry door on an unusually warm day. I called Royers and told them what happened, and they were very apologetic and told me they would be replaced and delivered by dayâs end. Not only did they replace them, they went above and beyond with extra. Mistakes happen, weâre all human and fallible. How you correct the mistake is what matters. Royers went above and beyond to correct their mistake (it turns out they have to use contract drivers during these busier days, so I canât even really fault them as it wasnât one of THEIR drivers who delivered the initial roses) and it was more than I expected or would have even asked for. Iâve been a customer for awhile, and this is why Iâll always go back. When you combine a great product, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service, why would you even consider going elsewhere? Canât say enough good...
Read moreWent here after my father died and arrived right at closing after sitting at the light right in front of them on Rohrerstown Rd. forever. I even called them to say I was right at the light and only needed 2 quick things. When I got to t h e door Stephanie answered and was terribly rude that I would bug her so much with my presence. All I needed was a bow I could come back for and 1 pack of lose flowers. People come to flower shops for all reasons....like when someone you love has died and to be so rude was utterly uncalled for and downright cruel to a customer who's loved one JUST died. I called the next day and cancelled my order and went somewhere where they were happy for my business and sympathetic to my situation. That one nasty lady ruined any future business they would've gotten from me and everyone I will tell. It's a shame. I don't know if she was the manager (if so...she's in the wrong position) or just an employee but you might want to stay away and go somewhere your...

In the past my experience at Royerâs has been good with staff being quite helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, went to buy some flowers today and had quite a negative experience.
I found some staff members attitude quite rude. For example when asking for information to identify a particular flower in order to determine if it was poisonous to cats a staff member interrupted me and said all flowers are bad for cats. Furthermore, after I had paid she wrapped my flowers in a non-aesthetically pleasing manner in order to get done as soon as possible. As a result, I have had to re-wrap them at home.
I can understand the pressure to serve a large number of customers given the proximity to valentineâs day however this should not come at the expense of a reasonable customer experience. In any case, lesson learned Royerâs is great for day to day needs, not so great for...
