Needing a new A/C unit I wanted a reputable company that offered quality products at competitive prices so I called Grand Canyon.

Brandon came to the house and spent several hours discussing our needs, the current system, and taking detailed measurements and notes related to what size system was needed to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

When he completed his assessment, we received a written quote with several options. He took time to discuss the pros and cons g each and we decided upon a final option.

Installation took the better part of the day but had little intrusion on our daily life. The install crew was exceptional. They took care to lay down tarps and remove and decorative items that could be damaged. They also took care to clean up the work areas after completion and explain the new system and what they modified.

A few days later, a quality control inspection occurred to ensure that everything was working to our satisfaction. Time was taken to check each component and fully explain the new thermostat and routine maintenance. Of the three companies we received quotes from, Grand Canyon was the only one to provide this free service.

Grand Canyon Home Services have once again exceeded our expectations. We schedule bi-annual inspections and always ask for Mike, as he is a super competent technician. This visit, we had some concerns based on a complementary inspection from another vendor and wanted Mike to investigate. We were told the compressor was bad and the UV system needed to be replaced. This system is four years old. They gave us an estimate for almost $6000. Mike quickly discovered we didn’t even have the UV air purifier, and the compressor was in the window of the operation, and definitely didn’t need to be replaced. We have an airflow problem to the bedroom and Mike figured something else must be the issue. My husband and Mike went up into the attic and Mike uncovered a filter in the HVAC system that should not have been there since day one. It had been there four years and it was a horrible mess. This was an area no other technician would even have imagined to look at. He quickly had it pulled out and fixed, and the airflow increased. Needless to say, this was definitely a five star visit. We have cockatoos and we want to keep the air clean for our birds as well as us. Mike even had a recommendation for an air purifier he could install for half the cost, which we will do after the first of the year....

Very impressed with the high quality of service with Grand Canyon Home Services. We needed a service call on short notice and Mike was able to come very quickly and inspect and tend to our HVAC systems. Very nice to work with and very knowledgeable. As we were aware of the extreme age of our units we requested the possibility of a replacement. Brandon was able to come and inspected the entire system including all duct work and made recommendations based on his analysis of duct work, window sizes, and square footage. He inspected the attic and all nooks and crannies. Brandon was very thorough and did an excellent job investigating our current situation. He worked very hard all afternoon. Afterwards he explained the current status of our systems and presented us with various options. He communicated very well and he was very knowledgable he was able to answer all of our questions and our concerns.
