Very rude!!! Last time I was there, they only come out of store to serve. They were nice. Today, I went there to pay phone bill. I was at the door and waiting for a few minutes but nobody come out. I saw a man with phone behind a counter. I knocked the door to let him know thatI am here but he did not say anything. I was waiting for a few minutes. I just wanted to show respect due to virus outbreaks. I tried the door and it was opened. I did not know. I saw other man and asked if its ojay to come. He appeared to be bad mood. I complained about that man with phone doing nothing. He got bad mood more. He wrote 55 dollars and I was taking money out but he went to serve a customer that just come in. Can I be Frank with you about my review? Nope, but Frank at MetroPCS on N Ford Blvd will make your day awesome! Excellent customer service, excellent price for what we bought and The cherry on top. A visit to a retail store during the stay-at-home order that didn’t feel like I was in a toxic war zone. The staff were all careful with social distancing, meeting other customers at the door to process payments while we shopped for a new device and helping other customers with wild kids at the other end of the store.
