I brought in my old iPhone 7+ to have its screen replaced. It had two cracks, one vertical, the other horizontal. They seemed like significant cracks to me. So I handed the tech the phone and went to wait in my truck. I had one foot out the door when the tech (who I found out is also the owner) called after me with a question.

"Wait! Are you sure it's not just the screen protector that's cracked?"

That's when he peeled off the phone's old screen protector. Lo and behold they were right: the screen itself was spotless! No cracks, like new. They handed me back the phone and said, "You just need a new screen protector, that's all." I bought one then and there for a fair price which he made look easy to install when he did it for me.

Here's the thing: the owner of this place who was helping me could have easily screwed me out of the money for a new screen. They could have decided to replace it anyway just to have the sale or, worse, not do anything to it all and say they fixed it. I was leaving the store to wait in my truck, I'd have never known.

This is a business you can trust. That's not a slogan or some empty platitude, that's a solid fact because I've experienced their honesty first hand.
