Hello, I ordered a pizza last night and picked it up 5 minutes before close. I ordered a large extra sausage extra cheese garlic butter Parm crust with Cajun all over. I walk to pick up my pies because I live only a couple blocks from your location in Ypsilanti. After picking it up I order a ranch and walk out and into the store next door to get a drink before heading home. When I go to pay for my drink I realize the cashier at pizza perfect gave me the wrong change back. I paid with a $50 bill. The pie was $9.88 I believe. The young man gave me back $29.88. I rush back to pizza perfect to figure it out but the door is closed and locked. I am standing at the door with pizza in one hand, drink in the other, 0° temperature winds gusting up my back. I walk, so the record low weather was billing me around. Instead of being rude and knocking on the window, waiting to see if the employees would come to assist me before close, waiting in the frigid temps, wait for the weather to cool my pizza. I started to walk back home to eat my pizza. On the walk home I began to call, I called over ten times without an answer. Today I wake up to see holiday hours, pizza perfect won't open again until Monday. I understand it's the holidays but please fix this mistake. My order name is always...
Read moreGot carryout from here last night on a whim for the first time. Ordered a chicken parm sub, a veggie sub and a small cheese pizza with flavored crust.
Ate a slice of pizza soon as I got in the car and that was delicious. So I had high hopes for the subs once I got home. The chicken parm sub was absolutely disgusting! The chicken itself was weird and overly chewy to the point I'd have to spit out multiple pieces, the bread was soggy despite there being very little sauce actually on the sub. Needless to say I threw it away. The veggies sub wasn't anything to wow over either, parts of the bread were soggy as well but thankfully it tastes better than the other one did so im hoping it is still decent reheated for lunch today. I judge pizza based on how good it also is cold, and this stands up to my belief in cold pizza being quick and delicious if it's made right. I'll never order a sub from here probably again, despite having a great price point for its size; but the pizza on the other hand is pretty good for my first experience so I'd give that another shot at least.
Customer service between the phone call order and the pick up was very pleasant though so thanks for that...
Read moreThis place is a regional staple. They have the fairest priced pizza in town, and will season your crust and top your pie as you request.
No crust type variations here. You can get deep dish at Jet's or Buddy's, but NY style only at Domino's. This place makes only the classic midwest style.
Their sandwich menu is an amazing money vakue. Their fries are ok, but so cheap I order them anyway. Their calzones are super filling and decadent. Their salads are cheap, but mostly disappointing. They have a lot of cheap, delicious looking appetizers I haven't tried yet.
An order is usually ready fast, in like 20. They will not deliver to the Lake Shore apartment complex. They cite safety concerns, but we are gated and across the street from a Domino's that cites no issues. Washtenaw public safety departments also indicate we are low crime compared to the county in general.
There is fancier food just about anywhere, but theirs is hot, fast, fresh, and priced at a bargain. Strongly recommend the sandwiches or calzones if you're ordering for 1, and the pizza comes in fewer varieties...
