When my furniture arrived it was ripped all over and it had no legs. The legs that were with it did not fit , would not screw on and also there were two different sets of legs. Meaning they didn't match so there was no way for them to fit in the first place...They had to take it back to the store. Next I asked them to please make sure that my things were brand new and asked for it to still be in the plastic when it arrived. It was in the plastic, however, it was still ripped in several places and the new legs also would not screw into the couch they did however screw on to the love seat. It's been a month and I still don't have the legs to the couch, nor have they came to sew the couch up where the holes are. Even though it was supposed to be brand new when it was delivered.I still took it because I didn't have furniture. I will be sending it back this month I believe to get something different. I hope my next experience is much better. All I received the whole time I was trying to get someone to give me the customer service I deserved, was attitude attitude attitude. Really ridiculous
Update: I decided to upgrade my furniture and stick with them thinking that this was a one-time thing. The young men that came were willing to help me take my furniture out to the trash to replace it with the new furniture I just got from Rent-A-Center (I also bought my old furniture from Rent-A-Center). I have been a loyal customer of Rent-A-Center for over 20 years. Because I needed help getting the furniture out. (Which mind you they've done every single time I've ever had furniture delivered from them) of that they refused my furniture order and cancel my account... I'm only one person. A 5'2 woman. There's no way for me to lift it by myself and I am single. The woman was very rude about it. I will no longer be a customer of Rent-A-Center...

I’m very dissatisfied with the way they handled me as a consumer. I’m beyond disappointed in this staff’s competence to handle the customer accordingly. If you are thinking of renting from here please do their job for them (this includes: going over all the details of your application with them PRIOR to moving forward with purchase) in order to receive accurate results.
