Panera Bread — Restaurant in Yuba City

If this wasn't my hometown Panera Cafe, I would drive here just to enjoy the experience created by this team!!

My husband and I are Sip Club members, so we visit the Yuba City Panera nearly every single day (often multiple times daily). We often visit locations in other towns when we travel. Those visits make us appreciate the Yuba City Cafe even more.

The level of accuracy and consistency is outrageously constant at this location. Today was no exception. We received friendly greetings from multiple staff members as we waited for our order. Although the cafe was busy, our order was ready in a timely manner. Even with alterations to the order, everything came out just as we requested. The food was fresh and delicious, as always.

My husband's salad was crispy and cold, contained a generous portion of chicken, and was perfectly dressed. My sandwich was perfect! A generous portion of chicken salad on the tastiest, freshest sourdough bread. The tomatoes were so delicious I pulled them off the sandwich and ate them solo.

We constantly recommend this Panera location to our friends and family. This Panera team sets the bar very high, not just in terms of the quality of their food, but also in the quality of the experience they create for their guests. If you are in the Yuba City area, do yourself a favor and visit Panera. I promise you won't be...

Disappointed again! It’s Saturday and we show up right before 11:00 am - the breakfast menu was still up so after waiting in line we finally get to the counter, ask if we can order breakfast, the clerk says yes, as we point to the menu picture to confirm what we want the clerk says oh wait walks over picking up a broom then proceeds to turn the signs over to the lunch menu. ??? We ask again can we still get the breakfast sandwich and she blurts out “ah No breakfast ended at 11:00am”. What ???? So we settle for a bagel (sliced, toasted w/ cream cheese) we fine a table and wait.... Waiting for a few minutes, anxious for our pager to go off which never did, we hear a woman yelling out from the kitchen “Bagel-Whole wheat bagel!” so we go in search of our bagel not sure if it’s ours... what about the pager - what’s up with the mystery of Who’s Bagel Is It? So we get the Bagel which was sliced so weird (they slivered off the top leaving the bottom portion almost the same thickness of a non-sliced bagel) it was toasted but that only seemed to make it as tough as leather and then added a little $1.45 cup of cream cheese to the plate for us to apply ourselves. Disappointing.... Frustrated again with the YC Panara... will this place ever get...

I go to Panera almost everyday. Today I was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. That normally wouldn't be a big deal but, there was only one car in front of me. I don't know if they were chatting or if the lady was being difficult or what. There's no reason it should take 15 minutes to get adrink when there is only one car in front of you. Then when I got up to the window the girl was super dismissive she said my order was $30. I said I only have a drink. I feel like they should have acknowledged the wait. I understand if you have a difficult customer or if something happened that's fine but acknowledge it instead of being dismissive. Panera you left the very bad taste in my mouth. Makes me reconsider my sips club.

My experiences at Panera have gotten better. So I decided update my review. I definitely would recommend the sips club.
