I went in here to get a burrito like I’ve done plenty times in the past , when I went to go sit down to eat my food I immediately noticed how badly my burrito was wrapped I couldn’t even hold it cus everything was falling out let alone take a bite . I know they were busy so I politely went up there and asked for them to double wrap my burrito and said I wasn’t trying to be rude or cause inconvenience and the worker was saying it wouldn’t make a difference if they double wrapped it and that he basically couldn’t do anything about my burrito so I asked if they can remake it , after going back n forth with this man they eventually start to remake it . Now it was an older lady it was no longer the young man making my burrito , which I assume she was the manger she didn’t even try wrapping my burrito she was .2 seconds in when she said she wasn’t going to be able to wrap it because of the sauce I had and I told her i never had this problem before if she can double wrap it and she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE while I was being polite the whole time . She said “well are you gonna pay extra “ and just trying to argue with me , obviously I’ve been insisting this whole time for a double wrap , I was so angry I could cry . I asked for a refund because they were basically telling me they COULDNT WRAP MY BURRITO ???? That’s literally your job I was confused and upset they had attitude and they were so slow with it . I’m sure if she would have actually TRIED or put less portions or even asked if she can put my sauce on the SIDE she could’ve easily wrapped it , but i swear I’ve never had a problem like this at chipotle before it was so strange . I just wanted a burrito I could bite into . THATS ALL I WANTED . IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE . It is literally YOUR JOB to wrap burritos . They were all out of vegetables and the lady in front of me asked when they might be done he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and pushed her food down the line! So I asked the same question he filled up my bowls shrugged his shoulders and then he just stood there while the other kid was working the register! I stood there for 20 minutes watching my food get cold because he said it was not his job to complete the order with the guacamole sour cream and cheese he did the same thing to the lady behind me when she asked him what was the problem why was he being so rude he threw his arms up in the air and said I’m not saying anything to you! She asked him who was in charge and who the manager was a young lady that was cooking the vegetables said what’s going on what is the problem here and got rude with the lady behind me. She said the young man is very rude. At that point I had all I could take through my arms up in the air and said you could keep your freaking food and walked out! At that point the lady behind me said the same exact thing and she walked out. Kudos to the young man behind the register he is the only one offering to do anything he went in and asked about the vegetables ultimately but at that point it was just too late we were all just very angry. This kid was absolutely awful and has no business working there. He barely greeted me he barely looked at me in the eye! I understand everybody is hard at for employees but with employees like this guy you can guarantee your business will drop! Placed online order. Got to Chipotle and a rude worker with bleached hair with blue and red in it told me they were closed and I had to contact management for a refund… while there were people in the store. Couldn’t get a refund so I turned around and when I got back… she was at the front serving walk in people. I get your system is down but be Forreal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years it’s not that hard to get it together. I then waited in line with about 8 people having the same issue as me. Every single person got helped before me, I was blatantly ignored. People coming in twenty minutes after me got helped before me. In the end, I waited there from 11:50 to 1:45. I only got my food when I MYSELF went up to the cashier stand wrote down my order after grabbing receipt paper and a pen and gave it to the first worker that looked my way. While this was happening I WAS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE GET THEIR ORDERS. As the team was not shouting names just stacking them on the rack even though there was many people that had been waiting. Extremely unacceptable. Shame on the girl who turned me away then served everyone else while she refused to acknowledge me. With that being said I was very polite to the staff and only got rude looks and being ignored from her. There was about THIRTY PEOPLE.
