El día 1-27-23 , fuimos a agarrar unos platos de comida a chipotle de Yuba City yo y mi familia, solamente 3 platos , 2 de ellos el mismo precio y el tercero unos cuantos dólares mas caro ablando de alrededor de 4 dlls mas ,pues bien, al pagar page 45 dlls con mi targeta y recuerdo que el cajero nos preguntó por bebidas y le dijimos que AGUA por favor, en fin page y nos sentamos a comer , terminamos y nos fuimos a casa, al llegar mi banco me mando un text de mi compra de comida en chipotle, y me di cuenta que por qué me abia cobrado 45 dlls si realmente mas o menos eran 9 de un plato 9 de otro y el mío de 14 en realidad deberían de ser como 32-33 dlls mas tax y no 45 , Llame al lugar y nunca me contestaron y tube que esperar asta la próxima semana por la razón que tube que trabajar fuera de mi área, Por fin regresé y tube la oportunidad de ir a chipotle a que me explicara el por qué 45 dlls y la persona que me atendió fue disque la manager Nancy, Le explicamos la situación y ella desde el principio se puso muy a la defensiva diciendo que ella no podía aser nada si no traíamos el recibo y que su tienda (chipotle) no iban aser nada sin recibo, yo le enseñe el recibo departe de mi banco y vio la información que se me sobre- cobró ella cambió diciendo o pues contacta a chipotle company y que ellos te devuelvan la diferencia yo le volví a insistir que tendría que aver otra manera mas fácil de resolver el error que ellos cometieron al cobrarme de más y nuevamente ella muy despota y muy serrada de entendimiento solo se prestaba a decir que no se podía aser nada , en fin , finalmente a mi pensar pienso que ella pensaba que le estábamos mintiendo pero resulta que nos dijo que ella podía ver por cámaras la fecha y el momento de la compra y le dijimos que por favor si , entonces nos pidió un poco de información y nos dijo que esperamos 15 minutos mientras ella revisaba los videos , esperamos , ella regresó y abia traído una copia de mi recibo bien explícable y todos supimos incluso ella que lo que nos abian cobrado demás eran 3 sodas que nunca pedimos : esos eran los casi 9 dlls que nos estaban cobrado de mas…finalmente dijimos ok pues lo podemos arreglar más fácil y sorpresa la disque manager NANCY ahora salió con otro pretexto .. no puedo aser nada por ustedes de todos modos por que los vasos que les dieron para tomar agua se usan para las sodas por lo tanto es soda,, le volvimos a decir una y otra vez que nosotros no tomamos soda ni aquí ni en otra tienda o restaurante nosotros no tomamos soda o bebidas gaseosas por el azúcar, pero ella terca y despota seguía terca en no componer el problema .. Dijo que no aria nada aunque era claro el error que el cajero había echo que era otro manager.. Era claro que está manager NANCY de chipotle de yuba city solo quería quedar bien con la otra manager o su jefe , para mi solo me hizo pensar que no tiene y le falta mucha experiencia para tratar esta clase de problemas y la falta de profesionalismo era evidente, Asta me izo pensar en cierto momento que porque somos hispanos y nos vemos cómo nos vemos nos podía tratar con muy poca importancia cómo clientes… Si al pagar el manager cajero nos preguntó por drinks y lo dijimos no thank you only water y el nos dio los vasos equivocados ese no es mi problema pero Nancy se serraba y no quería entender ella decía pero el les dio vasos para sodas pues deberían tomar soda y una y otra ves le decíamos señorita entienda nosotros no bebemos soda pero Nancy serrada y protegiendo al otro manager.. Ya que tengo mi recibió, le boy a contactar a chipotle Corp.y explicar lo sucedido y la manera como nos trató esta muchachita manager Nancy.. Les recomiendo que revisen sus recibos por sobre cargos no autorizados , cuando pidan agua revisen en su recibo que no les cobren el agua por soda… Suerte…👀

I'd looked at the reviews before coming, and I experienced much the same that I read about. The employees could definitely take 60 seconds and clean up a little more as they go, the restaurant seating area was clean, but the counter where they build your food needed a tidying. There was 2 people building the food, and 1 cashier. I ordered a bowl with chicken and carne asada, double not half and half, and he actually put in what I believe to be double, but I think I got skimped on the rice, it barely was enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, another spoonful would have been nice. The rest of the toppings were good. I think the thing that got me the most, I know the carne asada is a special, with an upcharge, but they charged me for double carne asada, rather than normal double meat with the additional $2 and change for the carne asada upgrade. So, my bowl literally cost me over $18 by itself. Add in a large fountain drink, and my total came out to $23.38 with tax. Yeah, I don't think I'll be going back to this location, like so many others who reviewed here recently.

I placed an online order from this Chipotle around 10 PM, and I’m extremely disappointed. I specifically selected pinto beans for both my burrito and burrito bowl—and my receipt clearly shows pinto beans. But when I got my food, they gave me black beans instead, and they were weirdly sweet, gross, and completely ruined the meal. It didn’t even taste like real beans—it was nasty and disgusting. To make it worse, I’ve tried calling the store multiple times and no one will answer the phone. I’m not sure if it was a mistake or laziness, but this is unacceptable. I paid for something I didn’t get, and the customer service is nonexistent. Very irritated and honestly just upset.

I went in here to get a burrito like I’ve done plenty times in the past , when I went to go sit down to eat my food I immediately noticed how badly my burrito was wrapped I couldn’t even hold it cus everything was falling out let alone take a bite . I know they were busy so I politely went up there and asked for them to double wrap my burrito and said I wasn’t trying to be rude or cause inconvenience and the worker was saying it wouldn’t make a difference if they double wrapped it and that he basically couldn’t do anything about my burrito so I asked if they can remake it , after going back n forth with this man they eventually start to remake it . Now it was an older lady it was no longer the young man making my burrito , which I assume she was the manger she didn’t even try wrapping my burrito she was .2 seconds in when she said she wasn’t going to be able to wrap it because of the sauce I had and I told her i never had this problem before if she can double wrap it and she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE while I was being polite the whole time . She said “well are you gonna pay extra “ and just trying to argue with me , obviously I’ve been insisting this whole time for a double wrap , I was so angry I could cry . I asked for a refund because they were basically telling me they COULDNT WRAP MY BURRITO ???? That’s literally your job I was confused and upset they had attitude and they were so slow with it . I’m sure if she would have actually TRIED or put less portions or even asked if she can put my sauce on the SIDE she could’ve easily wrapped it , but i swear I’ve never had a problem like this at chipotle before it was so strange . I just wanted a burrito I could bite into . THATS ALL I WANTED . IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE . It is literally YOUR JOB to wrap burritos . From the start they all had bad attitude . You’re supposed to be providing a food service . Horrible customer service . God bless...

Giving this place one star is being generous!!! This young man was lazy rude quite frankly I can’t believe he still employed. They were all out of vegetables and the lady in front of me asked when they might be done he shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t know and pushed her food down the line! So I asked the same question he filled up my bowls shrugged his shoulders and then he just stood there while the other kid was working the register! I stood there for 20 minutes watching my food get cold because he said it was not his job to complete the order with the guacamole sour cream and cheese he did the same thing to the lady behind me when she asked him what was the problem why was he being so rude he threw his arms up in the air and said I’m not saying anything to you! She asked him who was in charge and who the manager was a young lady that was cooking the vegetables said what’s going on what is the problem here and got rude with the lady behind me. She said the young man is very rude. At that point I had all I could take through my arms up in the air and said you could keep your freaking food and walked out! At that point the lady behind me said the same exact thing and she walked out. Kudos to the young man behind the register he is the only one offering to do anything he went in and asked about the vegetables ultimately but at that point it was just too late we were all just very angry. This kid was absolutely awful and has no business working there. He barely greeted me he barely looked at me in the eye! I understand everybody is hard at for employees but with employees like this guy you can guarantee your business will drop! I will never go back and I’m pretty certain that lady won’t either and the young lady in front of me said the same exact thing so you just lost three...

UPDATE: I tried chatting with the link provided by the owner in the past reviews and my chat got closed by the agent. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE.

Placed online order. Got to Chipotle and a rude worker with bleached hair with blue and red in it told me they were closed and I had to contact management for a refund… while there were people in the store. Couldn’t get a refund so I turned around and when I got back… she was at the front serving walk in people. I get your system is down but be Forreal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years it’s not that hard to get it together. I then waited in line with about 8 people having the same issue as me. Every single person got helped before me, I was blatantly ignored. People coming in twenty minutes after me got helped before me. In the end, I waited there from 11:50 to 1:45. I only got my food when I MYSELF went up to the cashier stand wrote down my order after grabbing receipt paper and a pen and gave it to the first worker that looked my way. While this was happening I WAS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE GET THEIR ORDERS. As the team was not shouting names just stacking them on the rack even though there was many people that had been waiting. Extremely unacceptable. Shame on the girl who turned me away then served everyone else while she refused to acknowledge me. With that being said I was very polite to the staff and only got rude looks and being ignored from her. There was about THIRTY PEOPLE. That I counted that had walk in orders that got there after me and were served before me. If the app had allowed me to cancel the order I would have but...
