Listen. The people posting bad reviews because the store wasn’t open when they expected, don’t have a clue what it’s like running a small business in Yucca Valley since COVID. During COVID, people from LA and other rich people and corporations bought up all the homes at inflated prices for second homes and to turn into AirBnBs. Locals have been displaced due to having their LTRs sold for AirBnBs. The local employment pool has been decimated. Small businesses here either have no employees or are working with a skeleton crew. If one person gets sick, often the store will have to close without notice. Furthermore, the tourists and rich people with second homes do not shop at the small businesses in Yucca Valley.
