I understand it was the first day they were open, but I was genuinely shocked by my experience. I don’t understand why there were 17 workers on the floor at once, some of them constantly waiting in the line, which was confusing… My friend and I walked in and there were people standing just everywhere, very unclear who was ordering/waiting/working, so my friend begins to order, and we get separated. There’s now a lady between us with a big order, talking to the people now behind me, so I separated them too. The mix up was frustrating. The employee taking my order didn’t know the menu, and I was confused about my options. I ordered a large queso, not knowing my friend had already ordered a queso, and we were on the same tab. She ordered a chicken bowl, but they charged me for a steak bowl… I paid $11 for queso & chips for both of us… I ordered a kids quesadilla, and the cheese wasn’t melted… they cooked me another one, and all the cheese had melted from the inside and burned into the aluminum outside the tortilla… the rice and beans were lukewarm… the chips had barely any crunch… my tab was almost $30… and as if the food and prices weren’t bad enough, I couldn’t even enjoy sitting and eating my food because of the amount of workers standing right behind me or walking around. It was too crowded in there to only have 3 customers. They refunded me the steak bowl, but $9 off my tab doesn’t make up for the horrid experience. It was disappointing to say the least… I won’t...
Read moreHorrible experience. Place an order on the app, went to pick up & it wasn't ready. No biggie, I could wait a few minutes. Got home, I live about 25 minutes away. Changed into pajamas & went to eat only to find that the rice in my burrito bowl was completely raw. Tried calling the store to see if they could replace it, but of course, they have a ridiculous automated response & no way to speak to anyone. Went to the app & reported the issue with my food, again, all automated response, so I decided to drive back to te restaurant. I asked for a manager, she came to the counter & I explained the issue. Her response was "I can't issue a refund, you have to go through the app". I explained I wasn't looking for a refund, just for the food to be replaced & to make sure the rice was cooked. She walked to the back and told me it would be 20 minutes for the rice to cook. That just made me mad. At this point I said "so that's Chipotle's response, for me to go back home without dinner & without a refund". As a manager she could have offered a replacement food item. A salad, a quesadilla, but no. She sent me home!!! What if I had spent my last dime placing that order? And btw, I'm diabetic & cannot skip meals. I used to love them, but after this, it'll be a cold day in he'll before I give them my money! And to think I...
Read more“FOOD CONTAMINATION BEWARE”
Listen, I love Chipotle, and as of today, I’ve lived in 6 different states, and tried over 50 locations so far, trust me when I say THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE RESTAURANT IN THE NATION! TERRIBLE PORTION SIZES TERRIBLE STAFF TERRIBLE FOOD TASTE and as of today TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE CLEANING AND FOOD CONTAMINATION Today, I was served by an Asian girl with yellow hair, no hair net at al. While she walked trough the line to make my bowl, her long yellow hair touched ALL, I mean ALL the food on the bar. I pointed out to her, she didn’t care at all, and just sent her hair back. While that happened, the other served accidentally, while putting more stake on the bar, threw a ton of pieces of stake into the queso, of course didn’t care at all, and just scooped out the meat and left it there. This is crazy, how much contamination in just 3 min, I don’t want to imagine while no one sees them. At the end, I just rejected the bowl and left. This place is disgusting and alarming. The serves don’t use any type of food preparation, and I promise, HER HAIR TOUCHED ALL THE...
