7/28/25 Popped in while we were in the area to ask if GS still took old video games and consoles. I didn't have any of it with me and McKinley, I believe his name was, took the time to look up a few of the games to let me know how much they would be for trade-in! He took his time to explain how it worked and that one item I had which wasn't 100% working may not viable for them to take but it was a possibility.

Called the store after I got home and Devin answered, I told her I just was calling to get the name of the employee who helped me and that he was professional and respectful and that I would be coming to do business with them from that encounter. She told me she was much appreciative and thanked me for calling!

8/09/25 Brought all my old gaming stuff and Brandon was able to help me with everything and made sure that I was ok with the price, one of the games he couldn't find on the site, but he said to come back when his manager was in and she'd be able to give me more info on that as well as my old gamecube! He was testing the PS2 and it was busy at the time and I told him if he needed to take care of the other customers I could wait, he was able to take care of all the other customers and help me! I said I wanted to use the trade-in to buy games from the store and wasn't sure if the games were in-stock there, he said he could order it for me and also check if it was in-store! He found the #1 game I was looking for in the store! I was so shocked and happy! He was able to order the other games as well! He completely made my day! And this location has some great people working here! I would and will most definitely come here for all my future gaming stuff!

Gotta say I'm always disappointed when I got here never a good experience went the last time asked an associate what headset is the best for ps5 worst headset ever!! Pre order figures my shipment gets lost or they just don't send it from the factory the guy with black horn rimmed glasses did absolutely nothing to help with this situation couldn't even call an tell me what was happening kept having to go in an remind him then when it wasn't going to come he didn't bother to call nothing I had forgotten about it for 3wks went in I got oh sorry about that here's ur money back but he supposedly took my info was gonna keep me posted and nothing worst employee there has to be him his customer service makes u feel like he doesn't want u to shop there all u hear welcome to gamstop an that's about it not can I help u anything ur looking for specificly no interaction what so ever MY wife does even wanna walk in the place anymore an if he's there I leave ..idk his name he short thicker black horn rimmed glasses with a tan skin he needs a coaching from his manager on customer service DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Take the extra mile to go to Tampa or Lakeland there stck changes more an it's larger this place doesn't care about...

Where to begin I used to never go to Gamestop until I met Brian, which was the old manager absolute awesome guy and a great manager. The store was healthy and well stocked and get almost answer. Any question I ever had I used to have this review at five stars . After new management is taken over just a loan today I called three times and did not get one answer. Do we not know how to answer a phone? Let’s talk about the lack of inventory, the store might as well be going out of business the way it looks. let’s move on to the employees every time I’ve gone in there. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen them either talking on their own personal phone or just playing on their phone in general. Instead of going every other week now I go if I’m lucky once every two months they disappoint in the store. I know Gamestop as a company is on the top 10.
