I have purchased over $800.00 worth of tires from this place. The last time I went in to have two new tires installed on my van it turned out to be the worst service I have experienced from this Tire Kingdom location. I purchased two new tires for our van and asked if they could install the two new tires on the front and put the better if the older ones on the rear but instead they lied to me and said that it was not true to have the better tires on the front but I said I feel it is better being it is a front wheel drive and the steering and breaking would be better with the new ones on front he said no it isn't true. Plus he said a stud is going to break if they pulled off the front wheel so they did not want to break it. I said you already had front tire off I seen it through the window. Then it is was told to me that it had not been removed yet I was pissed because I've been a customer since they opened Zhills location. I told him I still want it done new on front and Old on rear but and if the stud broke I would pay for a new one. Nope got no where with them so I just said finish up and I'll be on my way. Guess what once rain came and roads got slick our van kept sliding when stopping and when driving on Hwy 39 it kept trying to slide off the road unless we kept speed down to 45 mph. So needless to say I ended up doing tire rotion from front to back myself. No broken studs but they stripped out 3 lug nuts and even put one on that didn't go with my van. Read moreI went to this Tire Kingdom this past Friday (10/18) to get an oil change. When I arrived there, the man up front asked if I would like my tires rotated as well. I bought all 4 of my tires from here, so thinking that I asked if it is included when I bought my tires and he said yes, so then I said yes go ahead please rotate my tires as well as put air in my tires.
My Psi was 34 all on 4 of my tires when I dropped it off. When I picked my car up, I noticed the psi was still at 34. I drove back and when I walked back inside I asked if they could please put air in my tires (psi should be at 51 as indicated on my tires). The 2 guys up front just said I didn't drive my car far enough for it to calculate or something like that. So, I took their word for it even though I knew they didn't put air in my tires nor rotate my tires.
The next day, I had my friend put air in my tires and he said they were very low, he also told me they did not rotate my tires since there was still dust on the lugnuts. As soon as he was done putting air in all 4 of my tires, my psi went to 50 on all tires and instantly I can tell my car drove better.
I called and asked to speak to a manager. All he said was he would talk to the people there and then hung up the phone. I will never do business with this tire kingdom again. I mean how hard is it to put air in tires and rotate tires? I do not appreciate...
Read moreI’m currently still here at Tire Kingdom. I’m here for a simple oil change. I asked one of the gentleman (I assume working on it, since he is going in and out of the service door) how long it would take, because it’s “taking a while.” He said, “What do you think is a while?” I said, “It feels like it’s been 45 minutes,” and he very curtly said, “No, it hasn’t been that long.” I went back to check my phone to see the time I arrived, and I arrived at 2:15 pm. The conversation that took place with this gentleman was at 3:00 pm. I do not appreciate when staff undermines my knowledge of when I arrived, especially when they are wrong. I thought this was extremely rude of him, and I still have no indication of when they will finish with my oil change. No one is “keeping me posted,” and by this exchange with that worker, I am being made to feel like I am demanding and difficult, when rather I should be told the progress like a professional company would do. I hope no one else gets treated the way I have. Extremely unprofessional. I am fine with slow service, but I would like to have been informed approximately how long I would be waiting, and I most certainly did not like being told I haven’t been waiting for 45 minutes when I most certainly have been waiting for 45 minutes.
