Went in today to buy a parakeet was looking at the cages I spotted a big cage I have had parakeets for many, many years also was raised with them and I'm 71 and know more about parakeets than any of them young people in that store will ever know. We was looking at one of the big tower type cages and it had all kinds of supplies in it and you got 20% off. There was no sign that said none of it went with the cage the cage was almost $75 and it was junk she had all she could do to get the top back on it still with no luck and those cages have a 2 1/2 star at Amazon. Then we started picking up supplies and was told that we couldn't have any of the cheapest stuff she pushed Millet on me and I never liked given my parakeet millet they are messy with it. Then good parakeet seed and she basically said no we had to have your brand at $18 a bag. And it just kept going on and on. So we're like okay then we get ready to pick the parakeet out. And have a nice tall cage and then another girl comes up because the other one didn't want to deal with us anymore and asked if I was traveling with a parakeet because that is what the big tall cage was for. Then the same thing started all over again with the other girI. So I told her I had enough and was leaving. I also went to another pet store that they were all kind even put the parakeet cage together for me and never pushed anything on me that I didn't want and their parakeets was $4 cheaper than you guys and I saved over $100 with that store.You lost out on a pretty good sale by being pushy and rude. I am not new to parakeets I was raised with parakeets and had a lot in my adult years also.I adopted two kittens from there one of them is 9 years old now and the other one is 8 years old they're healthy little boys and doing great. The parakeet would have been for my bedroom and would have been loved. It's too bad that you made a parakeet lose a good home because of your pusheiness and now you still have 15 of them. And you might want to try cleaning the water bowl more than once a day because that bowl was disgustingly dirty 15 parakeets in that one cage can cause...

Yesterday made the second time in a row that the manager Brenda was very rude and unprofessional. First time was 2-3 weeks ago went in for 8 dozen crickets and other items. They had bags already made up with crickets hanging on a clip. First time I saw them like that but there were already dead ones inside. So I found her as she was the closest employee and asked for some that were not already bagged. She starting talking down to me saying those had just been bagged I was like fine but they all have dead ones. She stomps over and put 4 dz large in each bag instead of small in one so cashier had to go redo her work. So I waited and went elsewhere for last two purchases. Last night was in the area so went in made sure not to ask her but found a employee asked him to bag fresh ones. As he starts to do this here comes Brenda again being rude saying the bagged ones she had just bagged. So the poor kid uses the pre bagged ones and opens the bags to let fresh air in and added some egg crate to the bag. So as I’m leaving she is also leaving. So I stop her and tell her I’m not sure why she needs to be rude I ask politely and each time she has been rude. She then tells me this is the first week they have pre bagged the crickets to save time. At this point I’m like so your saying I was dreaming a few weeks back when I had this same issue with you. Then I just walked away no point in arguing with her. Very friendly staff. I went in for anti diarrheal for my dog. I looked through the store for awhile and went to the front where i was warmly greeted. I stated my needs and how i couldn't seem to find where the meds were. An employee named ashlee was very friendly and helpful. She walked me right over to the medicene and went through the two kinds with me! I have never used it before so i wasnt sure which one to get. She then referred me to the publix pharmacy next door that could provide me with a free oral syringe. She also helped me set up a rewards account. It was my first time ever in a pet supercenter. As i was walking around the store, I noticed there was a mama cat with her kittens that they had just got in. I asked if it would be okay if i purchased some cat toys to give to them. She said that it would be okay to do that. I was happy to buy and donate some toys. She didnt ask, i offered. Seeing the kittens tore at my heart strings a bit, and was glad they allowed me to make a donation. I will definitely go back for all my pets needs. The store was very clean. Everything was in...
