I hope this info is helpful to others as a Wesley chapel consumer. I took my phone into this establishment because I had been here before and received excellent service. However today I returned due to needing a new screen. At that time the guys was rude, inpatient and very "blunt". Now with that being said, I wasn't sure if it was a language barrier or just the guy was having an "off day". And if that be the case, ok I get it. However today I tried to trade the phone in at ATT. Cole to fine out, he removed my Face ID and therefore could not trade unless the phone was unlocked. The guys at ATT(who are incredible by the way) called and asked Mr Personality how to unlock it because of the new screen. He told the ATT guy to "have her bring it over I'll just unlock for free". So lo and behold, I arrive just moments after my guys at ATT phoned him personally. He was AGAIN, rude obnoxious and very abrasive. I will NEVER return to this establishment. AND, I informed the guys at ATT how rude and unappreciative of their business, much less than us Wesley chapel consumers. My recommendation is NOT to support this local business. Find a small business that APPRECIATES your patronage. And for what it's worth, my new go to place is Fast Fix it near the Outlet Mall. They will treat you with respect, and not be suck JERKS( to be politically correct) because you all know what the REAL terminology...

I wouldn’t even give them the one star horrible customer service. Dude overcharged me too repair front n back screen on my iPhone 12 and on top of that the second time I went back to have them fix what they did, they broke my screen more taking it off. He wanted to charge me for another screen when the screen I bring up there wasn’t cracked on the outside or as bad but the second screen under the first glass was damage and they turn around and damage it more taking it off with No care for my property. after they cracked it the cracks they did they tried to say I did it and he wouldn’t listen just wanna talk or argue… Not professional. I would prefer any other phone repair company in zephyrhills besides phones n more. They can’t fix anything for me. I actually went to super cell plus the same day and they fix the screen cheaper and fast. If you ask me go there super cell…. NOT PHONES N MORE.

Me and my fiancé 1st gave this company a call referring to a iPhone 7+ that my wife had wanted activated. I also wanted to upgrade my iPhone 7 to a 7+ but was afraid I would have to be stuck with my regular 7 since we couldn’t really afford another iPhone at the time .. during the phone call customer service advised me that there are other options rather then paying straight cash to get a phone for exe trades & told us to just come in and see what we could do so we did. I just so happened to have a brand new never been used 32 g iPhone 7 and another iPhone 7 128g with cracked screen that was in pretty ruff shape to be honest & I brought it in . I have to say with those two phones & just a little bit extra on top I got the phone of my choice that was in super good condition with a 30 day warranty and free screen protector that was put on by customer service. He even switched my fiancés phone over like she asked for for barley nothing also with the screen protector free of charge. I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with how everything was handled! I would definitely use these people for any cell phone need that I might come across because it was simple & I left satisfied & very happy with...
