Messed my order up. However I did not realize u til my shirts were already handed out to employees. After that point it is difficult to coordinate retrieving them. Explained this to them.. and after a long discussion sue agreed to replace them and acknowledged the order mistake. Supposedly my order was placed and all of of a sudden an email saying that if I would like my order to be fixed I have to return shirts already washed and handed out to employees and if I could not do that pay for the new shirts. I was a first time customer and I am a buisness owner myself. This is not friendly, honest or fair customer service. I would never treat my customers like his not tell them I am going to do something give them my word and go back on it. Bad buisness all around. I payed just shy of $500 for 24 shirts.. the shirts was expensive because I wanted active wear shirts.. only to get 7 shirts that was not the material blend I ordered. But yet I have to pay for there mistake? They told me it was a supplier mistake. I work with suppliers myself and if they make a mistake it is my responsibility to make up for it to keep the customer happy.. no questions no problems. Obviously this was not the case with song printing. I do not recommend them at all. It’s really unfortunate because I was pleased with the shirts they got right... and not only that but like I previously stated am a first...
