This store clearly has double standards. When I asked to exchange an atomizer, they told me they wouldn’t want to sell defective products to other customers. But when I got home, I realized the atomizer they sold me was also defective — the perfume bottle keeps falling out. I went back the next day and asked for an exchange, but they refused. The staff is incredibly rude — they treat customers with little respect and look down on them...
