I was on vacation in Atlantic City this week for the Santana Concert - which was off the charts exciting! Since I usually go to the Board Walk, I decided to do something different. I was in search of the ultimate best cinnamon raisin BAGEL in town - my favorite type of bagel. When you're from out of town it's always best to ask the "locals" for treasure hunt, off-the-beaten path discoveries and advice. Upon the sage advice of one of the "locals" it was recommended that I try the Brigantine Beach Bagel & Deli shop for takeout. I "Googled" the location - good news, it was only a few miles from the Borgata Resort Hotel. I called ahead and decided to venture over to the eclectic, culturally homogenous, gorgeous Brigantine island! Upon arriving at the shop I was warmly greeted and served by an energetic, beautifully spirited, lady. The service was remarkably friendly, and the bagels super grrreat. I left with a bag FULL of cinnamon raisin, blueberry, and cheese bagels. And I couldn't wait, so on the way home from our road trip I ate THEEE BEST EVER cinnamon raisin bagel topped with HOMEMADE cinnamon walnut cream cheese ... ooooweee, oh my gosh sooo FRESH, just the right texure and consistency, and ever so tasty. What a pleasantly surprising find, and I will return for more freshly baked bagels from The Brigantine Beach Bagel and Deli on my next visit to AC. Lesson learned, ask the "locals" and be willing to take a side street for new and wonderful discoveries! I wonder if they deliver to hotel guests at the Borgata?

I was looking forward to trying this place but very disappointed. They didn’t put salt pepper ketchup on my bagel and only half of an egg. Bagel wasn’t toasted and not impressed at all. I never write reviews but this was too disappointing not to. don’t make the mistake I did by going here and just go somewhere else. Terrible.

What a disappointment! Got a breakfast wrap that was soooo small - finished it in 3 bites! And paid over $14!!!!! Who asks for $14.00 for a tiny wrap? Highway robbery at its best! FYI….their bagels aren’t even made in-house! We saw them being unpacked in boxes. Go else where unless you want to be ripped off.

Worst run business in Brigantine. Called in my order, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited 20 minutes before going to pick it up and it still wasn't ready! Today was the 4th, yes...4th time this has happened in the past month.

Today was their last chance and they blew it, again! In fact, they hadn't even started my order, even though I waited 20 minutes before arriving. Ironically, the gentleman that walked in behind me placed an order that was also supposed to be ready and wasn't. He walked out as well and said this was his 3rd bad experience this summer.

The sign says established in 2005, obviously they're new owners, no way anyone could survive 11 years running a retail operation like this one.

Do yourself a favor....... Go to Acme, but some bagels, egg, cheese, bacon. Then go back home and cook it all yourself, you'll not only save money but you'll eat 12 minutes sooner then you will if you attempt to buy from the...

Some people just don't need to work or work from home if your attitude sucks.

Employee one on one when working for someone. Learning how to communicate well over the phone and in person. It's not yea and you do not say what like your irritated with customer that is placing order.

Employees like this mess up a great review that could have been 5 stars if they know how to communicate.

Its now sunday 12:30pm . Training one on one is needed. Was not older lady that is always nice and polite.

Then i asked if they had wheat toast she says yea. But i received bagel🤦🏾‍♂️. Did not follow order instructions for sandwich. I have drove to far for my order to be messed up.

Shoutout to the cook tho for the pork roll sandwich always on...
