Fresco Fish Restaurant — Restaurant in undefined

This restaurant is NOT Italian, only by name.

First, I never post a review below 4 stars, unless I feel ripped off or scammed. This is one of the few occasions, unfortunately. Otherwise, I've had a wonderful time in Albania and eaten divinely well.

I ordered the raw seafood starter. What was served (see in the photo) was a few shrimp and a few slices of fish swimming in a green-yellow liquid (oil+ vinegar?). In Italy, "crudi" are literally raw seafood. They are definitely not drowned in any kind of liquds.

The bread basket that was brought to me only contained the dry ends of bread, so I had to ask for freshly cut bread. The same theme with the glass of wine, the "bottom" of the bottle.

Then I ordered a pasta dish. Got a plate of undercooked ravioli decorated with overcooked gummy prawns.

Asked for dessert. Waiter's response, before 10pm on Saturday: we don't have any.

Recently visited Fresco Fish Restaurant in Tirana and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The staff exhibited unwelcoming behavior, displaying rudeness and selectiveness.

Upon entering the restaurant, my party and I felt a palpable sense of discomfort from the staff. Despite numerous available tables, we were offered only one option for seating, suitable for four people, even though we were a party of five. This lack of flexibility in accommodating guests was particularly disheartening.

What added to the disappointment was the realization that this unwelcoming attitude was seemingly triggered by our accent, as the waiter's demeanor changed when he learned we were from Kosova. This discriminatory behavior left a lasting negative impression on our overall dining experience.

It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in a restaurant setting, where hospitality should be paramount. I hope that Fresco Fish Restaurant addresses these issues to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for...

I found about this restaurant on Google maps. Me and my friends decided to go there because of the good reviews. We were looking forward to the sea food but it didn't quite go as we planned. We came there and asked for a table for 4. The waiter showed his hand to some table, which wasn't clean a obviously wasn't prepared for next guests. We sat there waiting about 10 minutes to get a freaking menu. Than we waited another 10 minutes for the waiter to come and take our offer. We were ordering food and when it came to me the waiter told me they didn't have salmon. Ok, so I went for tuna....no, they didn't have even tuna a when I finally found something to order (some pasta or whatever) he told me that they didn't have that again! I don't understand that at all. Absolutely disastrous. In a freaking FISH restaurant!!! So I got up and went to another place since my friends already ordered. Don't recommend this restaurant at all.
