The Traditional Grill Steak & Fish — Restaurant in Tirana Municipality

Good evening gentlemen! Believe me! Eating at this restaurant was fantastic! The night before, walking around, we had a very pleasant smell of grilled meat. So today we came. The food is of the highest quality, very fresh and excellently served. We had a mix of Albanian cheeses; a mixed salad with speck and cheese (very fresh); a 300g very juicy and delicate cut with grilled vegetables and barbecue sauce and sweet sauce (the meat was so good that it is a waste to add sauces); mix of fillet and chicken with French fries and barbecue sauce (also very fresh and juicy); the traditional bread (we took one and then another) which is part of the Albanian culture to which it gives a lot of importance! It was spectacular; served hot and with olive oil!

We absolutely loved it. The food was delicious — from the flavor to the presentation, everything was spot on. The space is cozy and inviting. It took us a moment to find the entrance (it's just down a small set of stairs), but it was definitely worth the search.

Beyond the amazing taste of everything we tried, we also noticed how clean and modern the bathrooms were — always a plus! The kitchen focuses on traditional Albanian recipes using only local ingredients, which really helps preserve the authenticity of the flavors.

Buonasera signori! Credetemi! Mangiate in questo ristorante e’ stato fantastico! La sera prima passeggiando avevamo sentito un profumo piacevolissimo di carne grigliata. Così oggi siamo venuti. Il cibo è di altissima qualità, freschissimo e ottimamente servito. Abbiamo preso un mix di formaggi albanesi; un insalata mix con speck e formaggio (freschissima); una tagliata di 300g succosissima e delicatissima con verdure grigliate e salsa barbecue e salsa dolce( la carne era talmente buona che è sprecato aggiungere salse; mix di filetto e pollo con patate fritte e salsa barbecue( anch’esse freschissime e succosi; il pane tradizionale( ne abbiamo preso uno e poi un altro) che fa parte della cultura albanese al quale da molta importanza! Era spettacolare; servito caldo e con olio di oliva!

Elson, il proprietario e’ stato gentilissimo ospitale e ben disponibile a consigliarci sui formaggi; il locale è a conduzione familiare, con un servizio super in quanto a pulizia( cucina a vista con ampie vetrate) tempistiche nell’ ordinazione e nel servizio al tavolo. Bravissimo il cameriere! Al termine ci hanno offerto un limoncello di qualità per mia moglie e il Raki (per me), buonissimo.

L’ambiente è eccellente per trascorrere una cena indimenticabile in un ambiente ben curato, pulito, accogliente e comodo con aria condizionata. Nonostante ci fossero diversi tavoli occupati, si riusciva a chiacchierare serenamente. Tavoli spaziosi e sedute comodissime. Qualità/prezzo SUPER! Eccellente. In tutto ciò non vi è un minimo di esagerazione. Vale la pena venirci per trascorrere una serata mangiando in maniera indimenticabile, ma soprattutto vale la pena ritornarci!
