I was there on 2 occasions, May 10 and 11th. One was a most delectable dinner (Bife de Choriso) and later a guided tour on the 11th late in evening. The dinner was just wonderful and beautiful served by a fine lady by the name Anna Maria and a young fellow by the name Sergio. True delight these two!
The Tunnel Guided Tour made me wish my wife was here to witness it. Ana Maria (Hope I got that right) was incredibly knowledgable on the history of these tunnels but, she stands out from the many guides I have experienced in my many travels. What was fascinating is how her story telling drives you in, right as if it were in the 1880's. That is a gift really.

Elegimos una parrilla (sólo carne) para 2, con papas fritas y ensalada. Eramos los únicos clientes, dado que sin electricidad no invitaba mucho el lugar a quedarse. Luego de unos 25' llegó la comida, la cual estuvo bien, la moza consultó el punto deseado de la carne y se respetó, no deslumbra el servicio en general, al ser una zona de mucho turismo quizás es esperable un poco más de esmero o un plus que hiciera la experiencia destacada y recomendable.
