Hotel Lennox Buenos Aires — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

Absolutely horrible area for this hotel to be in. The area is run down unappealing and threatening. I never felt safe walking to/from the hotel. |Once inside the hotel it is a different story. The hotel looks modern and well presented. The rooms are spacious with a kitchenette and a TV that connects to the internet, it helps to keep kids entertained as there is NOTHING ELSE nearby for children. They need USB chargers in the room.|The hotel has a small bar and restaurant at the back of the hotel which has a very limited choice available. The lifts kept getting stuck whilst we were there as well. |Breakfast is continental with a small choice and no variety, it’s the same everyday.|Overall, although the hotel is adequate and pleasant the area it is in is horrible and for that reason I do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it...

Do not book your stay in this hotel!

I made a reservation a couple of day in front. On the day of my arrival they suddenly cancelled my reservation because ‘I had to update my credit card’. I had to book another hotel because Lennox did not want to help me. There were no problems with my card at all. The same day they sent me an invoice for the night they cancelled themselves and they blocked the amount on my creditcard. Had to update it, right?? I tried to contact them multiple times, but they don’t respond.

Nice Hotel overall, clean and modern look. Pool area really nice, service is good. Downside, if you need something at night, food, snacks, there is little on site, and NOTHING in the neighborhood. I dinged them 2 stars for PARKING...they charge for parking! They are in an area that offers ZERO parking and little security, kind of petty to charge to store your vehicle when you are already paying for the stay.
