From start to finish, this was an unforgettable dining experience. The meat was simply outstanding — cooked to perfection, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Without question, it’s the best in the city, and every bite reminded me why this place has such a reputation for quality.
But what truly elevated the evening was the service. Elias and Patricio went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. They brought so much warmth and professionalism, adding a personal touch that made the night feel special. Their knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality turned what could have been just another good meal into something memorable and unique.
The combination of world-class food and such exceptional service is rare, and it’s clear the team here takes real pride in creating an experience rather than just a dinner. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the city or locals who want to enjoy the finest meat with service that makes you feel like a VIP.

Read moreWe were recommended to go here whilst visiting BA for two weeks by someone who lived here for a year. We ordered the Entrana and fries, which were both good. However, everything was quite pricey and the Pisco Sour was small. We were greeted by a moody waitress who seemed like she wanted nothing to do with us. She never cracked a smile, and a simple request for olive oil and vinegar seemed catastrophic. To add insult to injury, they only served one piece of bread for the table, despite charging 250 each for the Cubierto. The chimichurri was underwhelming and to end our meal, the bill was incorrect and they ended up charging us more for the Pisco sour than was listed on the menu. While I'd like to HOPE this was unintentional, there's a part of me that felt it was intended, since it was clear we were tourists and we only ordered one meal to share. She was unapologetic when we brought this to her attention and we could not wait to leave...

Our waitress was a joy. Very efficient, personable and made a few great suggestions.
Started out with an excellent Negroni followed by a great glass of Malbec for the "star of the show" aka Bife de Chorizo.
My wife and I split the Super Bife de Chorizo (*New York Strip Steak), coming in at 650 grams, and topped with 2 eggs sunny side up. Asked it to be served "Azul", aka Super Rare. It got grilled/served exactly like that. Excellent quality meat! Chimichuri had a bit of spice in it providing it with a slight kick. Perfect. Side dish was roasted potatoes, intersperced with vegetables and the grilled provolone being a nice touch.
Our table mates had a regular Bife de Chorizo and a milanesa. Both loved it.
All in all an excellent experience in a city filled with great steak serving...
