Pizzelar — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

I think we were here opening night. So there were some issues.

Pro: Pizza and beer were great! We liked the choice of music. Lighting was good. Very friendly staff.

Bad: They lost our order. People that came in 10 minutes after us were completely done with their meal before ours came. Three different staff members stopped by and re-took the order and brought us empanadas and cold pizza strips to munch on. Good thing we weren't in a hurry.

Loud, even though they turned the music down once it remained loud due to bad accoustics and a great number of clients.

Ugly: Went to pay and they said Posnet was down so they could take no credit or debit cards. It was good I had taken some cash.

Because of all the trouble they took 20 pesos off of a bill of 420 pesos. Really no where near enough to make up for the problems. 50% off would have been more fitting.

We will go back sometime in the future. Maybe they will have better handle on things by then. This place...

The staff was pleasant and kept trying to give us more bread but we only wanted our pizza order. We should have received a discount instead. The pizza were good, the dough and condiments good, but the one with pineapple had way too much pinaple and caramelised, my bad I didn't realise it, when I ordered it but as a suggestion, no need to make pinaple sweeter, it will kill the rest of the flavour, less pinaple and no caramelised would make a great pizza.
