Pizzeria Napoleon — Restaurant in El Calafate

Okay empanadas, mediocre pizzas, terrible service. We got ignored by the two staff behind the counter for the first five minutes after we entered even though we were the only people in the restaurant. We should have left but we'd had a really long day at the glacier and were starving. Ordered two empanadas and two pizzas to share between three which was enough food. We didn't get the pizzas we ordered either, we got something similar. I'm happy to put that down to the language barrier but there definitely wasn't a willingness to provide much service either. Recommend one of the other plentiful...

The horrible and worst food ever. Feel disrespect like they dont even try. We ordered pizza and chicken ceasar salad. The pizza is very dry and the dough is hard like a rock. Taste like frozen pizza but not even warm. The chicken tasted really bad,smelly, dry and hard,like been defrosted so many times, I didn't even want to try more

What a waste, don't even go there, not even the waitress is making it better, it is like you are bothering...

Muy cómodo este lugar, tranquilo, para relajar, disfrutando de alguna de las variedades de exquisita pizza. Precios razonables. Lo negativo, las bebidas, tratar de consumir marcas ya envasadas de productos reconocidos, especialmente en cuanto a cervezas. Por favor ,no consumir cervezas artesanales , esto no depende en realidad del comercio, pero sí ,un poco más de cuidado al elegir los proveedores. Personas inescrupulosas emprenden "negocios rápidos y fáciles" pero sin el mínimo conocimiento de la forma de elaborar sus productos, se lanzan a la "aventura" Esto resulta en un peligro latente para la salubridad pública,ya que resulta muy difícil el control por parte de las autoridades pertinentes. Este problema no es exclusivo de El Calafate, sino de la patagonia toda y diría también prácticamente de todo el país. Consejo: si quieren pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y sin sobresaltos, NO CONSUMIR fiambres, embutidos, quesos, cervezas artesanales, ni cualquier comestible de "elaboración casera" Salvo por supuesto , productos de panadería y confitería que los hay de muy buena calidad, además que de por si ya durante la cocción eliminan toda posibilidad de efectos negativos por contaminación...
