Après Restaurant Yvn — Restaurant in Yerevan

I had thought service in Yerevan had improved until I experienced this horrible service. Food is not bad, dj too was good however the overall service is super bad and slow. Very uncoordinated and super bad. You ask for something, fork or napkins and you may get it if you ask a 3rd time. Whoever the manager is or whoever the owner is should know that the service standard is extremely low and bad. Half of our food came and the half was forgotten about. We eventually ended up cancelling an order because the waiter forgot to put in the order. The waiter thought he could take the order for 10 people without writing it down, we learned in this instance that the mental order taking is not reliable. When napkins finally came, only four napkins came when we had a party of 10. When I finally complained, the explanation was that we are understaffed and cannot meet the demand. I also wanted to mention that the restaurant should consider getting more menus. After the initial 30 minutes a waiter comes and asks if we are ready to order. But we had not gotten menus yet to be able to order. I hope to come back here in future if the management takes action and ensures actions are...

Disappointing experience overall. Group of 4 ordered starter, main dish and drinks. First they came with 2 pizza's, after 10min the last pizza. Still no starter. At forst they said the baking time of different pizza's is different, but later they admitted that their oven fita only 2 pizza's at a time. I asked to cancel the starter which was not receiver yet which led to a discussion and the manager comming by, but in the end they cancelled it (it was a long and not so friendly conversation with the manager). When 3 people finished their main course they finally came with the last main dish for the 4th person.

What is the point of going out to eat together if everyone receives their food 1 by 1 and with 10 min in between? Food was okey, nothing special for the price you pay.

Den värsta stället jag någonsin varit i Yerevan! Personalen är inte trevlig och kan inte hantera beställningar. Servitören antecknar inget utan tror att man kan komma ihåg allt man beställer. Vi fick bevis på att det är en ganska dålig idé att hantera beställningar på det sättet. Vi fick hälften av maten vi beställde och fick påminna personalen för att få resten. Till slut avbeställde vi en del av maten för andra i sällskapet redan var klar med sin mat för länge sen . Drycken serverades ett bra tag efter maten och efter flera påminnelser. Läget är bra, maten är god (om den kommer), men den urusla servicen / personalen drar ner det hela så att man inte vill gå där igen. Vi var ett sällskap på 10 personer och fick 9 glas, 11 gafflar och 4 servetter. Vi beställde vatten, det kom varma flaskor. När vi klagade, fick vi bara ett "sorry" som svar, inte ett enda försök av kompensation eller dylikt. Vi fick betala som alla andra inkl. det 10% tillägget för servicen (som vi inte fick). Det finns flera bättre ställen i Yerevan för att nyttja en stund med familjen eller vänner. Slösa inte din tid med det...
