absolutely horrible experience. extremely bad customer service. ordered the ramen and they gave me INSTANT NOODLES. furthermore, the disgusting ramen came with soggy seaweed. the soup was tasteless and the noodles were over cooked. it came with half an egg that was over cooked and the egg yolk was full on rubbery. the entire bowl was disgusting and the soup was completely soaked up from how overcooked the noodles were. i am so confused- if you are cooking instant noodles THEN WHERE IS THE FLAVOUR PACKET??? waited 25 minutes for tasteless instant noodles and cold chicken with sloppy salad. i will never ever come back to this place again and do not recommend anyone EVER come here. i can make this at home and it will...

Extremely rude staff . I asked kindly for a small bowl so my 3 children can share the meals . 2 staff both came to abused me about getting a bowl . The kitchen hand said this is a food court! You have a reason but I can’t give u a bowl ! The waitress spoke to me in front of a pile of bowls, she shouted NO! I was making a scene out outside of the store until the kitchen hand gave up and gave me a bowl ! Will not shop there again and the manager needs to know that the girl in the stripy shirt with long hair and wearing a hair clip is playing on her phone most of the time while there are no customers , she is not interested in working here...

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered three meals and asked for a small bowl (so my 4-year old can have soup using a separate bowl) but was told “No we don’t have bowl”.
