Hi Boss. If you read this review, you need to RISE the pay the boy with glasses n Chinese Malaysian accent in the cashier today. He recommended me the secret sauce and i tested it. I like it very much. But because i love spicy very much. I ordered the HANGRY sauce ;) sorry for being stubborn. Lol. Excellent customer service overall. Start the rice, fragrance, nice texture alike Japanese rice one. Chicken wings r well seasoned, one the best korean fried chicken in Adelaide. Perfect crispy and well coated with the HANGRY sauce. Generous amount of HANGRY sauce. It’s base on the secret sauce but added with korean pepper spicy sauce. Hot burning sensation. Anyone who can’t eat spicy should go with secret sauce. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Ban Ban Chicken, and I feel compelled to warn others. The chicken they served was old and extremely hard. It was clear that the meat was far from fresh, making the meal almost inedible. The texture was tough and dry, a stark contrast to what you would expect from a restaurant that claims to specialize in chicken dishes.

The overall quality was so poor that I couldn't finish my meal. For the price, I expected much better. The staff seemed indifferent to the issue when I brought it to their attention, which only added to the negative experience.

This is a really nice place to eat but I’m a bit wary about the hygiene conditions and practices. One time I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was brought out from somewhere and it had such a foul smell like the chicken had been off for a week or so. Even the worker was scrunching her nose at the smell, so I wonder why they thought it was still good enough to give to the customer. So I decided I’d be wary of chicken dishes when it comes to this restaurant. Fast forward to another day, I got the hash brown sandwich, I asked for takeaway and it was put in an already used bag and the sandwich was not covered.
