This place is a mess, with evidently horrendous management.

The floor was very sticky. Gunk and grease in between the grooves of the chairs. Ice-cream machine leaking mysterious substance. Uncomfortable to be there. If they blatantly keep the dining areas unprofessionally cleaned, I just wonder what the kitchen looks like..

You walk in with menu advertisement posters everywhere. Much of the menu I was interested in (not the pizza) is spread throughout the entire store. To make it worse, there aren't even any prices on 90% of these posters. And it took the cold woman 10 seconds to fetch the price on the cashier machine for each thing I asked the price of. Was a frustrating order experience. Woman told me the total was $24.40 but was actually charged $25.40. Stupidity or fraud?

And what do ya know.. 10 mins after ordering the woman comes to inform they are out of stock on something to make the meal. Not surprised. She offered a similar item but I told her I wanted a refund.

Such illogical pricing of products too. How is large chips $6, but large chips with gravy DOUBLE the price at $12? How is a bucket of chicken $5, but a bucket of "wingettes" $20? Literally not exaggerating. Pays to get the price of these things.

Give the floor a quick mop everyday. Make a clean simple menu showing everything you sell, with all pricing, in one spot. Clean stuff in your spare time rather than scrolling through the latest T-Series uploads....

Drove from south down to city to buy pizza from here. I have bought pizza from here twice now. First time bought it and got wrong pizza. Today bought it for the second time and the base was not cooked properly and pizza was disgusting, it was not eatable at all, even after trying to cook it again in our home oven.

Called the store and they kept putting the phone on hold and giving the phone to one another. I asked for refund, they said they don't refund or have the authority to do. Told me they will call the manager. The manager asked them to ask why I called one hour later? (I drove home to south). They hanged up on me, I kept calling they didn't pick the phone. Then I called from my sister phone and they picked the phone. Then they told me the manager didn't pick the phone up as it is late and he has a function. After that they said the manager said he will call me tomorrow. The person I spoke to was lying and making excuses not to give refund. I asked for manager contact details and he refused. He was offering delivery and was expecting me to wait an hour again. I told him he can take the pizza back as I have ordered food from somewhere else.

They did not give refund and I have to wait for the manager to call me back.

The pizzas are disgusting and they have terrible customer service. Lying and making excuses to the customer. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my...

We've moved away from this area now, but I'm happy to say that APH West Terrace HAS improved in the area of delivery. I ordered again several times and more often than not they were fairly competitive with Dominoes in terms of delivery time. It also seems like they improved on quality... Here's a review of my previous experiences with these guys, but keep in mind that they do seem to have improved:

This pizza is GROSS! Who would "accidentally" put ASPARAGUS on a pizza?

When they get it right, it's good, but the staff don't seem too keen. The first time we ordered take-away, it took them an hour and a half to deliver. Learning from that lesson, we started to give them an hour and a half notice (call at 6PM and place an order for 7.30PM). This worked for a while.

Today, we called at 6PM to order for 7.45PM, and despite ample time to prepare and deliver, at 8.20PM we called again to find OUR ORDER HAS BEEN LOST! We're not eating tonight. Thanks!

This isn't the first time they've done something dodgy. A number of times in the past, I've ordered a large chunky tom with extra pesto to eat in, and they've printed the receipt without the extra, refused to reprint it with the extra and given me a pizza without the extra.
