Business meeting lunch today and the attention by staff was amazing. Not busy but they each went out of their way to check in and make sure everything was up to scratch. Went out for a family meal while on holidays at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel. The staff were very friendly and the meals were a credit to the two chefs that were running the kitchen. All nine of us enjoyed our meals and at the end of the night we made another booking for two days time. This hotel is well worth a visit and every bit as good as any of the other hotels in the area.
