Glenelg Benny burger is always so dead. Their times are always changing. I work down on jetty road and they are often not open during the hours they claim to be. On a common occasion I have not been given the sauce that I paid extra for but today was one of the worst experiences I have had there. I was going to order a burger and “make it a meal” for the extra payment but saw that the kids meal’s come with chips. Asked the worker for “tomato sauce to go with the chips please” and he informed me that the meal does come with sauce already included. I waited 10 minutes to only receive a burger. I paid $12.60 for the kids meal with chips. The plain cheeseburger on the adult menu is $10. I went back and informed the worker that he may have accidentally forgotten my chips. The worker informed me that I was “reading their old menu” that was placed on the counter and the kids burgers no longer come with chips. I am so annoyed as I literally confirmed with him before purchase that it does indeed come with chips and sauce. I paid en extra $1.60 for a smaller burger and no sides. Really poor service. Do not have the menus on the counter if they are “old” and no longer available. Additionally found a curly hair in my burgers box...

There are solid deals on each day too, such as 5 chicken tenders for $5. Shoutout to them for making a properly good buffalo sauce as well to dip the tenders in.
My only criticism is the lack of a liquor licence meaning you can only smash these down with a sugary cool drink instead of a nice...

A few points that brings it down: burger structure just falls apart, impossible to eat with your hands. Pulled pork should never go into a burger, it just flops out everywhere. Doesn't help that's it layered right next to the bun, making it soggy and fall apart pls supply proper plates and cutleries (not a plastic basket, and wooden knives and forks) the counter is sticky and needing a good wipe down
A couple of good pts: comes with a side of well seasoned crunchy fries the chicken strips also had...
