My 12 month old is allergic to nuts and carries an EpiPen due to anaphylaxis. I specifically asked the gentleman not provide any biscuits/nut based foods with the babychino due to this reason. I was assured that the babychino would not come with any nut based products. A young female staffer provided a babychino and a spoon with a small biscuit all on the same plate. When asked if it contained nuts, she advised no. Despite this, I did not provide the biscuit to my baby. When my baby was exposed to the babychino and spoon, he immediately developed welts all over his face and began to scream. With help from other lovely customers to tend to my baby and prepare the EpiPen, the gentleman came over to see what the commotion was. When I queried the biscuit, he advised the biscuit contained almonds. The young female staffer then came over smiling to ask if I was enjoying my meal. I will not be returning to this cafe as nut allergies are not taken seriously, and this could have resulted in a life threatening event if my baby had eaten the biscuit they assured did not contain nuts. I also intend to make a...

Had a great cup of hot coffee with my wife, she left me when she'd finished to get some dry cleaning nearby, whilst she was away the cups and tables where cleared. Aii OK, however just finishing off when another of the staff froted me and told me that I should not read their papers if I hadn't ordered any drink or food. Having survived a stroke some years ago I'm a bit slow to reply these days and it took a bit of time to tell him that I and my wife had already finished and I was just awaiting her return. With this he was very apologetic and invited me to stay as long as I wanted! As only less than half of the tables where in use, I put his behaviour down to being a little bit "frazzeled". My advice is just slow down and enjoy life, you never know when things can go pear...

Food is great! But the way you treat your staff is a bit of a disgrace. Only one staff that run lunch service and yet youre abusing her, she is taking order, drinks and runs food at the same time. Why would you yell at her while she is trying to serve a customer, i felt disgusted while being served and the lady (glasses) from the kitchen kept yelling at her to take the food, hammering the bell for the staff attention just disturbing. Not the best experience. Additionally, the bald guy at the drink counter is rude, doesnt greet and straight up "what do...

Perfect place to grab some coffee and dessert with a friend or family. They had decaf options which was wonderful, they made my cappuccino really delicious and their mocha eclair was to die for. I definitely recommend coming here during a work break or just to visit and try their menu items. They even give you a small biscuits with every cappuccino which is so so cute and I appreciate it.

Great spot out of the busy Rundle Mall traffic for that quick coffee or light meal. The cafe has a real European ambience to it, with cafe seating around a central service and cooking point. Service was quick and friendly, and for a moment we felt like we were in Rome! Good coffee and good food - and a bit of peace and quiet!

Lovely location, in the middle of the Rundle Arcade with plenty of bright natural lighting. Thoroughly enjoyed the sage and lemon butter ravioli - rich and plentiful. Finished off with a chocolate milkshake. I recommend Caffe L'Incontro for those in the mood for a quiet and classy luncheon!
